Dont waste your time going somewhere else! With less than perfect credit (understated) prior to going to Greg Hubler, Id went to every single well-known buy here/pay here lot in Indianapolis thinking that was my only option. Same story at every lot, excessive miles for vehicle year (double miles in many cases) pressure, wouldnt even let me test drive unless I let them run my credit. I shopped on line and walked lots for exactly 4 weeks. Within minutes at Greg Hubler I was test driving a gorgeous newer car with super low miles, zero pressure and my salesman, Brian, was very accommodating. The creative finance department worked tirelessly to get me into my car. I love my 2013 Chevy Malibu! This is my 10th car purchased from a dealership, but its my number one buying experience. Im looking forward to taking my 2 teenaged daughters there to upgrade their current rides. And while my boyfriend took me to Greg Hubler so I could get a car, he fell in love with & ended up purchasing a Chevy Silverado. His previous experience was with a buy here/pay here lot in which he overpaid for a car with excessive miles because he thought it was his only option with his credit situation. The financing department worked tirelessly for him as well, and he drove his truck home a couple hours later.

I have bought two vehicles from this dealer three if you count the wifes. The sales team needs far more training on vehicles before they go out to sell. Ive been told two times the vehicle i bought had android auto however both times neither had it. The first vehicle was a 2016 silverado, which according to chevy could of had android auto installed but according to the dealership it couldnt... 2nd vehicle of mine is a 2017 traverse i was promised it had android auto (left my cord at home to test) got home to find out yet again the sales member had no idea about the vehicles they are selling. Was also told my rear sunroof would tilt up. I never got an answer other than theres nothing that can be done. So i called other dealerships, all other sales members at other dealerships knew it was a safety hazard for the rear window to tilt open. Now that im home from annual training for the military all i get is a sorry we where wrong about your vehicle. Bottom line Dont trust the sales team. They false advertise the vehicles on their lot The service department will bend over backwards to help which is the only reason i gave three stars. I will never buy a new car here again. But will take my vehicles here for service. Wish i could give service their own rating.

My husband and I are Super happy with this dealership!! Just went in this weekend to look around and was so impressed with Mark Ball and his "No pressure" follow up on our visit that we knew this was the place for us to make our purchase. Buying a car is a huge decision and one we were pretty nervous about but Mark stood by what he quoted us and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. And everyone else was just as friendly and made us feel at home while we waited for everything to be finalized. Buck took care of the finances and took the time to clearly explain everything even though they were already closed by the time we sat down with him. Straight forward Group that goes above and beyond. We will Absolutely recommend this group to everyone we know. Thank You All for a stress reducing, pleasant experience!! As far as a buying experience, dealership is great. This service experience was not great. Had my car for about 5 hours. Did not rotate tires or even check air pressure in tires, they thought I hit something in one of the tires but in fact this was like that when I bought the car and they had already been rotated once. They completed an Android update, left dealership and had to bring the car right back because it was not working. Like I said it took almost 5 hours for an oil change and an Android update and did not even get my tires rotated or even air pressure checked and car did not get washed which it was supposed to, they did ask if we wanted this but after this much time we had to be at a birthday party and in fact ended up being late to. If this service was not included in the purchase of the car, I probably would not have my car serviced at the dealership based on this experience.

I went to Greg Hubler Chevrolet after speaking on the phone with Mark to look at some vehicles available. Unfortunately, I did not find what I was looking for; however, my experience with Mark and Buck was great! They went above and beyond to provide customer service as it should be that you dont find very often any more. Mark followed up with me the next day to see if there was anything more he could help me with and said he would continue looking for what I wanted. I would suggest anyone visit Mark and Buck to help with your needs!

Complete snakes. They sell junk and then refuse to stand behind what they sell and then treated you badly. We bought a used van with low miles and less then 10000 miles later the head gasket blows. They would not make it right by us and the owner spoke to us badly and acted offended that we were upset by such a major repair issue and cost. The best was when we went to pick it up it wouldnt start and had 2 flat tires. Horrible, horrible service and dealer to work with. They are the type that give car dealers a bad name.

Brought my 08 GMC Envoy in to have a diagnostic run and an installation of a transfer case motor. They did that and said everything is fine....and it was, for a whopping two weeks. Two weeks later my 4x4 light has come on. I shut the truck off thinking it was probably an error since it had been "fixed" and it came back on when I restarted it. I can not recommend any dealership that says the problem is "fixed" and obviously either didnt do the job or didnt do it well enough. Very unhappy with my experience.

Had no intention of buying. Received a letter with offer and went to check out. Salespeople were friendly and helpful. The truck we bought is awesome. Dealership worked with us on the deal. Would recommend this Greg Hubler dealership to anyone. Chet Blanton, salesman, instructed us on features of the truck. He invited us to come in anytime if we have questions or need help in settings. The landscaping is beautiful.

I bought a 2016 Chevy Silverado here and it was the very best experience Ive had in my life buying a vehicle. My salesman Travis and his finance manager Johnnie worked their butts off to get me the payments I needed to be at. They were striate forward, honest and didnt sugar coat anything. They have a customer for life with me!!!! VERY PLEASED AND SATISFIED!!!!!
