Mostly bad experiences here, only ever bought one car that actually ran and didnt need any work. I would not recommend this auction to any of my friends without the technical skills to repair a vehicle as a large portion of their cars seem to need work. (Bought 5 vehicles here, 3 needed new transmissions, 1 needed a new head gasket, 1 was drivable as is but needed suspension and bushings.) This is a good auction for somebody NOT looking for a daily driver right out the gate. I gave them 3 stars because they seem to advertise themselves as a place to get a good reliable car but honestly if you need a reliable vehicle I would go elsewhere. If you want a cheap project then this is your place, provided its not too crowded and full of morons getting caught in the moment and running bids up to practically retail value of these vehicles in good condition, or full of sellers who set unrealistic reserves (like actual market value.) Best thing for a buyer to remember when going to ANY auto auction is that ALL of these cars are at the auction for a reason (dealers cant sell them, mechanical or structural issues etc) Best thing for a seller to remember is that your car is here for a reason as well, you tried to sell it and nobody wanted to pay that much for your garbage car with mechanical issues or body damage, or you need to sell it quick and in a hurry, so please price it accordingly.

Always have a good experience here. Ignore the negative reviews from the people that arent intelligent enough to ask questions or at least read the info on the website. Have purchased multiple cars from here and never had an issue. Currently driving the last vehicle I bought (for less than half of the blue book value) from there which is an 02 Saturn vue in perfect condition with immaculate interior. This car even had the service records in the glove box still. As far as buying goes you have time before each auction to start and inspect all of the vehicles prior to bidding so you can know what youre bidding on. Vehicles are also listed on the website prior to each auction and after with sold for prices so you can get an idea of what vehicles go for price range wise. Some vehicles do come with a guarantee but some do not. Which ones are always clearly stated. You will get a paper tag when you leave that is valid for 30 days. If you bid on a vehicle you are expected to follow thru. If you dont you will lose your $300 deposit. (Since you prevented the actual sale of the vehicle that someone paid the fee to have auctioned and expected to be sold.) There are some fees that are due on top of the bid amount as well as the sales tax so you need to factor that in when bidding as well. Auctions run every Tuesday and Saturday with a good amount of cars on either day.

First off I wont say this place is a bad place but what I will say is these people know nothing about these cars....The young lady at the front desk collected our $300.00 deposit and never once said if you bid and dont follow through you dont get NONE NONE NONE NONE OF YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!! So basically this was my first time at an auction I dont have much family here I just received my taxes and me and my son need a reliable vehicle and I thought the auction wouldnt sale you junk like the story tellers on CRAIGSLIST, but all I want is my $300.00 deposit or to be fair since I bid and didnt follow through I would at least like $200.00 of my deposit back its not fair to charge someone that much ESPECIALLY their first time Im 27 and Im stuck between a rock and a hard place......Please INDIANA PUBLIC AUCTION PLEASE GIVE ME MY ONLY CAR MONEY BACK

I was a first time seller there and they did not explain there policy to me about collecting payment and then to add to it the owner was very rude to me along as I explained to them I drove in from a distance to pick up my check and that could of been prevented if his staff would have explained there policy to me. Then when I finally was able to get my check a few weeks later it was not signed and there was no signer there and they were trying to make me wait to get it signed. So the girl behind the desk just scribbled a signature on to the check.

Very reasonable prices to sell your car thru this place only $25 to run the car thru twice not bad only negative was once the "goodwill" cars ran thru and the auction cars start to come in and then everyone leaves so they dont stay i didnt even get a offer at all on a 2012 with 60k miles not on offer due to this place running the cheap cheap are first if they would change this Ill probably come back

Terrible service, bought a car and they asked for me to return it AFTER signing the bill of sale and taking it home because they didnt like the price. Business isnt ran properly, refused to get me the title until after 40 days because of their screw up. Find another auction to attend, this one is scandal prone.

This place sells a lot of junk. Shady used car dealers love to sell their cars here. Be very careful. Unless you know what the hell youre doing buy from a honest individual. This place might have some good customer service but money is much more important to them than a satisfied customer or ethics.

Please take your business elsewhere! Poor customer service and worthless car selections. I was also charged double the amount for a bidding number ($600) and the owner Steve A. is unreachable. Brandy is by far the worst! Save yourself the stress and financial strain and shop elsewhere.
