My wife and I found an SUV online that we really wanted to check out. We knew we needed a larger vehicle due to our growing family. I was referred to Matt Morgan a while back and called him up on Tuesday just to talk about what I had found online the night before. Due to my work schedule I wasnt able to make it into the dealership until 5:30 and I ended up being later then that. Matt agreed to meet my wife and I as soon as I could be there. Matt had one of his sales guys, Artty, call me and get all of my information so we could get the bank loan taken care of before we even got there. He wanted to make sure that he was able to get me the best rate and payment that fit my needs. When we arrived he had the vehicle we were looking at all ready to go. After test driving it, my wife and I decided that it really wasnt the one for us and we were ready to put our purchase on hold. Once we discussed this with Matt, he began thinking about what he might have in stock to fit our needs as well as our budget. After expressing to Matt what we thought were important to us as far as features and budget, Matt had the perfect solution. We felt bad because the dealership was supposed to close at 6 and we ended up keeping Matt and his team there until 8. We really appreciate everything that they did for us that night and what they have done for us after the purchase. I saw Matt 5 days after the purchase and he made sure to check with me that everything was going well. I was visiting families in Ohio from Virginia and furthering my trip to Alabama to return my granddaughter home to her family as I made my way back home to Virginia. There was a heavy rainstorm whilst I was on my way to my hotel in Mansfield when I noticed that my passengerside wiper was not functioning properly and knew it would not be safe to continue on my trip should I run into another rainstorm. I remembered the Chevy dealership from a previous incident with a problem vehicle a few years early so, I stopped by their shop and told them my problem. They were right on top of my problem. They let me know that they would take it right in, check for any loose bolts, nuts etc., they would do a quick tightening however, if there was a more serious problem they would inform me before working any further. I reassured them the vehicle was in fact under warranty not to worry. They tightened the bold. Returned my vehicle to me, no charge, I offered a donation to their Christmas fund, a local charity and the manager was gracious in declining my offer. The business is easily accessible, very energetic employees, thoughtfully respectful of clientele. I would return to purchase, have my vehicle worked on or in a dire situation. Great place.

I enjoy looking at cars on the internet, but this time we were driving by Craig Smith Auto and drove throught the lot, as we often do, and spotted a clean used convertible. When I called I spoke with Kevin McCane and made an appointment to see the car. He and the dealership were very helpful in showing me the features of the vehicle and getting me a great price. It was a sunny day, the perfect day to drive away in a convertible. Thank you Kevin McCane and Craig Smith Auto for a super buying experience. Your Service Department provided a complimentary oil change and detailed the car to get it ready for me to enjoy. I would highly recommend Kevin McCane and Craig Smith Auto Group to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle, and plan to go back to them on my next car or truck purchase. It is good to buy in your hometown, Galion, and experience the personal attention that a small dealership can give.

Doesnt care about people just cares about money also when they sold me my car they never told me if I wanted to purchase a warranty for the motor if I were to buy another car certainly wouldnt be from Craig Smith auto group .also the guy who sold me my car said in a year I could come back an get what I really wanted in the first place witch is the 2016 impala that being said my timing chain and stuff went bad in my car tried to trade it off for the car I really want.they Denide me the car had to use my daughters money to get my car fixed so now me an my family are in a hole finacly. Craig Smith auto group screwed me from the start an theres nothing I can do wish I never would of signed. I love GM products I will continue to use GM but notvthrew Craig Smith. For question 1 would get no stars there a bunch of slum dealers.

12/22/15 Purchased a 2016 Z06 Corvette from the Craig Smith Auto Group. After shopping the internet I found the perfect DEAL at Craig Smith. Living two states away I negotiated the deal with Tony in internet sales working closely with Matt the sales manager. They were both very professional and knowledgeable and most of all EAGER TO MAKE A DEAL! Once negotiating the deal I traveled from Columbia Md to purchase the car where I was met by Tyler in sales and the entire TEAM. They greeted me and proceeded with the transaction expeditiously. My husband and I visited Craig Smith one Monday evening just to look. I had to leave very early the next morning to go to take care of our grandkids in Columbus. Well, before leaving that night (about 2 hrs. later) we were driving a new vehicle. John was the doing everything he could to get this transaction done that evening.
