Bought a couch and loveseat. They were supposed to be delivered today at 9:30 am. First, when no delivery showed up, we called the delivery service (West Coast Movers) at 10:30 to ask about the delay. We were told they had another delivery and would be heading our way soon. An hour later they called and said they had not left yet, but would soon. At 12:00 they called and said the GPS was wrong and they couldnt find us, so they started another delivery (they were given explicit directions days ago). At 2:00 they called and said the delivery would now leave Springfield, which is an hour away. NEVER AGAIN.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever, I have been trying to get my recliner repaired for months. I bought La-Z-Boy because it came with a lifetime warranty. Well lifetime must be how long it takes to get it repaired. I called "Joe" the repair guy 3 months ago. He finally called me back after three weeks. He said it would be two weeks before the part came in and it would be 45 bucks labor. Fine, 45 bucks didnt hurt. But when he never called me back to actually repair the chair, I called again. The only guy in the whole city is now on vacation til next month. What a joke!

We had many issues with figuring out how to decorate a particular room. Not only did they have a consultant come to our house for free to help us figure out an effective layout, they also worked with us extensively to redesign the room multiple times when the original fabric selection we made was discovered to be unavailable. I love the extent they went to with their customer service here, and we love our furniture!

Wonderful customer service we purchased 2 Leather recliners Lazy Boy one developed a squeak and lose back called to have fixed WOW what great service they called back scheduled warranty service FIXED IT and warranty worked. Never hesitate to buy from Lazy Boy great company locally made in MISSOURI my chair is like new very happy with service and product

I bought a sofa from another Lazy Boy Dealer , the name itself use to imply Quality furniture. That is not the case anymore. After spending a $1000.00 for a sofa you would expect the warranty to be good at any location, i have tried now for 4 months to get a warranty issue fixed. I will never buy another Lazy Boy product.
