Mike was the man who approached me when I came in to buy a matress. I told him I was looking for a comfortable queen bed for a lower budget. I understand wanting to sell a better, and more expensive product... but he pushed me towards beds that cost upwards of a thousand dollars, when I made it clear I wasnt spending more than 700 maximum. Not only that, his appearance was messy and unprofessional. His shirt was wrinkled and half untucked. He did not address me as the buyer, rather trying to push the sale to my friend (who he assumed was my husband) who was only there to help me move the matress. Overall I was not impressed. The fees were outrageous and Im sure I couldve found a much better price elsewhere had I not been on a time crunch. They also DO NOT provide military discount on matresses. I will not recommend this place.
