At first we were very satisfied, we specially ordered a table that would seat ten with 2 benches and 2 chairs that we could add chairs later on if we wanted to. We were told there was a lifetime warranty on any manufacturer defect part. After about a year the finish started peeling, when we called Brad he was happy to help but then didnt believe us from the pictures we emailed. He drove out to our house to look at it himself, then told us we were right and hed have a new one made and have the old one picked up to be sent back to manufacturer. (No mention that wedo have to pay any extra expense) When the table was finished he told us we would have to pay to have it shipped to our house and pay to ship the old one back. We still dont have the replacement table, lifetime warranty should include shipping since we paid for it the first time. We paid good money for the product and highly unsatisfied with the lack of customer service when it comes to getting our product. On the first table the bolts come loose all the time, hasnt been a big deal until lately that they have to be tightened every day. We had planned on purchasing furniture in the future to match the table but not anymore.

BUYER BEWARE. We ordered a dining table after looking at a beautiful model in the showroom. After weeks of promises but no delivery, I insisted on receiving the model table from the showroom. When we returned to pick up our chairs we noticed a delivery occurring of the same table (supposedly ours). My husband looked it over and noticed it was NOT solid oak as described, but veneer instead. We have a solid oak table in our home because we insisted on the one in the showroom, but if we had waited for the delivery of our "ordered table" we wouldve had something totally different. Are they assuming the buyer wouldnt know the difference, maybe so. Beware.

The quality level of the furniture and accessories in this store are superb! This is solid wood, handmade in most cases and absolutely beautiful in every case. The owner is also the sales consultant and he really knows his product, how its constructed, who built it and where, etc. Brad is his name. I would have one of everything in the store if possible. The selection is broad with items to fit any room and reasonable prices. Really great furniture store!

The review by Ms. Moss is not entirely true/correct. She asked for the floor model and was given said table immediately. The table was a couple weeks late. The table came in a week later as has told to her. It was not veneer. All tables are solid. Anyone and everyone is welcome to bring a wood expert. Tried very hard to please said guest including offering full refund. Take full responsibility for table delay. B. Moulder - Owner

Brad was great! Ordered 2 custom tables that arrived a few weeks ahead of schedule. Quality and finish of the table is excellent. Could not be happier. He also threw in a few blankets to safely transfer the furniture. Will be shopping there again.
