the buying process was great, they gave me the BEST deal possible and was very helpful in that process, but when it came to delivery I for one definitely wont buy from there just because of it. I scheduled delivery on a saturday and they gave me a time frame of noon-4, I had been at my place that entire time and never once had a knock on my door or a phone call. Turns out they put the wrong phone number in their system even though the receipt clearly shows MY number. Then they supposedly got through a locked apartment security door and came and knocked on my door, this most certainly never happened. They werent accommodating in any way and I absolutely needed my furniture that day. Customer service and delivery = horrible. I had even called days prior to setting up my delivery with a question they needed to call me back on, at which point they received my correct number, which should have been changed in their system immediately. One very angry customer here.

During tax season, I coincidentally was shopping for a Loveseat with very specific dimensions. When I walked in, I received help pretty quickly and was treated respectfully and promptly. My fears of being treated poorly due to a specific budget and product desire were dashed when the employee made me feel like a million dollars. Once I had an item picked out that fell into my budget, we arranged delivery. Due to tax season, I had to wait a week or so, but once the item was ready to deliver, they set up a window of time, called when they were on their way, and set up the couch exactly where I wanted! When we end up looking for some new furniture in the future, this will be the place to go! A week or so after the delivery I even received a thank you card from them & that touch was so lovely!

I needed a bedroom chest of drawers in a hurry, found quite a wide selection at Furniture Barn, quite a large showroom with everything from expensive matched bedroom sets to individual floor samples on sale. Fine customer service by accommodating salesperson Josh. Prices were posted on all items, but seemed to be soft prices, with reasonable discounts for cash purchase. The place was open on Sunday, and I was in and out rapidly with a totally suitable item. Note: the business was categorized on Google as a used furniture store, but they stock only new furniture.

This furniture store does not give "quality furniture". Their customer service is also bad over the phone. The men there are quite rude. Also DO NOT buy any type of "leather" furniture from there. It starts to crack up within three to four months. They give you a "one year warranty" on all of their furniture and suppose to replace it if anything happens to the furniture. BULLSHIT! they replace nothing. So if you want cheap, broken and temporary furniture...this place is definitely for you.

I very much enjoyed my recent visit to Furniture Barn. Ive never been furniture shopping, so when I needed a bed frame I didnt know what exactly I needed. When I got there, the sales representative, I believe his name was Will, was very nice. He didnt bombard me but was always close by if I had questions. The prices were very fair and he gave us a great deal on the delivery and set up. I would highly recommend Furniture Barn to others looking for quality furniture at a low cost. Thanks!

Our Furniture Barn Rep was Richard. We came in to look for a living room set and a dining table set. He was friendly, very helpful and gave us time to look around and didnt pressure us into purchasing. When we were ready, he gave us the best deal! I would definitely go back to Furniture Barn for future purchases and I would definitely recommend Richard! Thank you again!

I came to this place with one my best recommendation, we were about to get a bed and after we negotiated the price and agreed to buy it, one older dude came in between and changed the whole thing then all of the sudden the price went high. We were unable to buy it. If He wasnt interfered we would have gotten the bed. We are so disappointed.

Great service, low prices and the furniture we bought was quality. They did a full set up and delivery of furniture for very cheap, only issue was a couple scuffs on the floor that I didnt see until they left. They also provide a warranty on the furniture you purchase for free, same one you would have to buy at Ashley Furniture so thats cool.
