I would say no no no for this store. They have taken money from us 5 months before and promised a delivery in mid of September , a day before delivery they realized that they did not even have the item and its not even available with manufacturer, Might be coming some where from different part of the world bigg ??????? for a inventory manager who looks after the orders and delivery again we were promised to be delivered items on first week of october and when the day came they say no we cant again. We have bought matching bar stools and rest items for the bar and back bar and hutch for it and now its sitting at home. They did a favor and gave us a loner front bar and now its mid of October we were told our back bar and hutch will come in November 6 months from the day after we made a payment and its not certain for November too.....then we were told they they will give us a different set for a better deal and which includes a full set with back bar , hutch , front bar and chairs , went and made extra payment and now they say that you have not purchased chairs it cannot be included. Where is a words of a sales person are,t they trained to speak what they should or not to bluff customers with exaggeration for the things they cant. When i called again one persont said talk to other and when i talked to other he said i cant do it talk to who ever told you it comes with chairs. I would say think twice before going to that store.......they kept my money for about 5 plus months and did not deliver items what we needed , i had to do my house warming without my bars ..... I would pay a bit more and go to a store with good customer service where they know how to keep the word what they speak to customer.

Incredibly disappointed in our experience with Family Leisure. Our instinct was to bail on this during the sales process when the salesman consistently would only talk with us for a few minutes at a time. I understand that being busy is great for a company, but when a customer is spending a considerable amount of money on a pool it would be nice to get a salespersons undivided attention. We did end up buying and were happy to hear that they could install right after the 4th of July. This is where the real disappointment comes in. The crew (one person) showed up late on their scheduled day and stated his crew was sick and they would not be able to finish today...it rained that night and because of that our yard was trashed far beyond what I was told and what was expected. They then came back the next day and finished the job. I was ready for the cleanup knowing that it would be my job to clean up excess dirt and sand like stated in the contract...however I was not prepared for all of the leftovers that were left behind by the set up crew. The sod was also thrown everywhere. Our yard will not recover this year. Had we known the severity of the damage I would have come up with a different solution. If you still feel the need to purchase a pool through this company (which I would not recommend) make sure you ask a ton of questions. You will be told what you want to hear up front, but they will fall far short of their promises.

Good Service and product for a new time pool owner. Granted an above ground pool is not the same as a semi or in-ground pool, the cost was on par. Sam was great to help a new owner understand what you are getting into and also has a morning pool school to help you understand what is required for a pool. The installation was hair raising, but the staff at Twin Cities Recreational were awesome. Herman and his staff have so much knowledge, it will make your ears bleed. Construction is a messy job, but they did a fantastic job with little damage to the lawn. Listen to Sam & Brandon as they will answer your questions and concerns. Speak with Herman & Jeff during construction, they will work with you.

Not real happy with the installation process made a mess all over the place. Ladder was defective and my Son fell off and hurt himself bad. Called they said the would replace steps but paid more for a different set. We waited all day for them to deliver them so could not even use the pool they said they would be here between 7-9 am it is 3:00 and no sign of them yet. Not real good customer service!!

Seems items are a bit more expensive and a person working in the store attempted to tell me that it was a state law that prevented me from returning an unopened bucket of chlorine tablets, "I was attempting to sell it back to them". The manager came out and said we will do the return just this once. If it was a state law, why do it at all? Just show me the documentation. Not a fan.

Was were asked to put down a $100 deposit to hold the price of a new pool for a week while we investigated our other costs(which came In too high to afford this year unfortunately)... now, they wont give us our money back. They tell us they sent the refund....yesterday, every time we call. We will call again and keep trying... meanwhile we will buy our pool elsewhere.

Ive called for our refund and talked to Sam, Rob and left a message for Joy and I keep getting the run around. Nobody has an answer. Will never recommend this place to anyone and will never go back.
