The printing department is a complete joke. The printers never seem to be working, so I am always waiting for like 20-30 mins for the smallest job to be done. I really respect only one of the guys that works there. He always seems to be on top of things. You are lucky if you catch him. Otherwise, the rest of the crew never knows how to format things, crop images, and scale stuff proportionally. Im a professional graphic designer, so this frustrates me. One time they claimed they didnt have a certain size paper to print on, even though I went there days before and got stuff printed on it. They ended up charging me way more so they use the more expensive paper to get the job done. I waisted so much money here. Im tired.

The Better print service in Eagan. This print service was a completely different experience I had with fedex, so far all of the print workers were extremely nice and tried their best to get the print to the quality I needed. Any failed print, (colors didnt look right, was faded, ect.) I was not charged for and the price was reasonable for the best color print on the best paper. THOUGH my only complaint would be that the printers are not the best and varies from day to day in quality. Youll get the better customer service here overall, being able to sit down face to face with the print employee. I d highly recommend this place for everyone.

Loved my experience. I was using engineering prints to make a art piece on my wall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were efficient as well. And when my first print (printed a day before all of the others) was different (the first one had a border and the others she made it without the border) she simply said she didnt remember how she did the first one and printed off a replacement right away free of charge. Great service, and friendly people.

The print center at this location is amazing. I do a lot of printing for weddings and everything is always last minute. This team is usually swamped with orders and walk in customers, but they always pull through for me. Pha is probably the hardest working person I have ever come across at a retail print location. Carol and DJ are also great to work with. All rockstars - reliable and efficient. Highly recommended!

In response to asstilemarble, Mike (one of the managers) is always friendly and helpful, as are the rest of the staff at this Officemax. I suspect this unhappy experience was the result of poor customer response rather than poor customer service. If you are looking for a place to fill ink or purchase supplies, you will receive excellent customer service at this location.

Excellent customer service, friendly, and very helpful. It is nice to know you have a place that you can call ahead if you would like and have your order ready to pickup once you walk in. This is especially helpful for a parent with two very quick 3 year old twins that love to run in large stores. Thanks OfficeMax Eagan!
