This had to have been the worst experience Ive ever had with purchasing a couch. The salesman in the store was great, just when it came to not getting a courtesy call when our couch came into the warehouse. And that one piece was out of state and it was going to push back delivery about a week. Then when it came to delivery, we never got an hour courtesy call ahead. When the movers arrived they dropped our couch out of the truck then sat there was laughing about it and I had overheard them laughing and saying "Oh I think their pissed we dropped the couch." As they were setting it up they were just rude to us and were in denial that there was any damage done to the couch. Theres multiple scratches and a nice slice in the couch from them being "in a rush" or "pushy" to get this done and get out of here. Needless to say, I will never be going to slumberland for a furniture purchase again. Aside from them replacing the couch due to their delivery damages, I dont feel as its worth it to have movers who have a "not caring" attitude or a "time line" to fill for the day etc. If I were to purchase furniture again from Slumberland, I will be doing my own delivery. On a positive note, the couch does seem like its made out of quality material and is very comfortable.

Do not go here. bought a few thousand dollar mattress, had to go here to pick it up. after a few months its starting to get lumpy and one side has a hole about 24 inches long 5 inches wide and 5 inches deep. Im sleeping worse than I ever have and Ive been camping on just straight up ground. I call up slumberland to complain and he tells me the computers are down and they will be for 4 days and that he will personally call me back. well its been over a month and I havent heard a thing. meanwhile still sleeping terribly. this place is not worth the hassle.

Item in ad is only available in clearance center (found this out after visiting 2 other stores). It took almost 2 hours to get the one advertised item that I could have walked out of the store with in my hand. Instead, it required several different people to wall around, scratching their heads, asking each other where it is, and to go out to lunch before I finally got what I should have been able to walk right in and out with. But you know...customer service. =-/

I am very pleased with the furniture but, the setup crew left grease marks all over my bedroom carpeting. Slumberland only offered a pittance to cover the cost of removing and replacing the carpet (which is necessary) so, with the service I am disappointed.

Slumberland has the best salespeople. They dont pressure you, but a really helpful. I went here to get a mattress and had a great experience!
