Service is crap, products are crap. I can get better service from the Riverside store with less attitude & better items.Even if you are a paying customer they will rush you out so they can get home. Do not know how to run a business. Still waiting on items I paid for to be in stock, will probably never get them until I complain to a higher level. No friendly greetings like Staples or Office max. I will go the extra mileage for better service & less crap from their products and employees.

They get everything done efficiently. I can only speak for the copy center I dont have much experience dealing with them in the other departments. The only con is that I think they read what you go to get printed. Im not really a fan of that . But until I can get a new printer not much I can do . The new group is a whole lot nicer that the older white lady that used to work there are was rude as heck.

I went to print a large format draft. The width was 42 inches by 20 inches. The first answer I got: "Not possible. Our paper is only 36" wide." I bestowed on them the wisdom of flipping it on vertical. Grudgingly they did the job.... This is your typical "Is it 5 Oclock crew, waiting for an excuse not to do the job... Wont go there again.

Walked in, fourth store in line. We were tired of shopping for a desk and chair. We were met by desmond who went above and beyond in the level of service we were provided. I run a service company and this dude did it all right! Definitely made our experience excellent

Dont bring your laptop here for "cleaning" they charge 200$ for " cleaning" more than the laptops worth!! And yet they insisted there would be no more problems yet later it happened again and another $130 unbelievable!

They had folders for 15 cent but when I got to the cashier, I was told I could only buy 10 at the price and had to pay 89 cent for anything over the 10. There was no sign indicating this before I went to the register.

I simply wanted to FAX 3 papers. Their price was ridiculously high so I said "F that" & went to UPS. Thank you UPS. 3$ for 3 papers is more fair. I will never go to Office Depot & their overcharging butts again!

I always had large volume printing done at Office Depot and never had any problems. Personnel have been very pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend this store.
