Terrible environment super unprofessional! The boss Sandy is totally rude. She belittles her workers once telling the forklift grown men and saying "your easily replaceable" who wants to work and respect a wearhouse when the boss sees us as nothing? People come n go no one stays longer than a month or two marlene was unprofessional always half a** her supervisor roll For pickers Night shift is way better. Its kind of a heavy job very easy and doable but what sandy expects is way out there. Competitive environment. The chekers are stuck up and rude talk about u in spanish and never tell you "mistakes" to your face. the forklifts people who just got hired they wouldnt even be allowed to drive the forklifts at all. It was weird. Almost as if they didnt trust them. They paid them more than regular workers but did the same thing as regular workers (since they would never be on forklift) Shady super shady place and SOME people. If ur willing to work in a negative atmosphere around mean faces and rude boss then go ahead i had to quit it wasnt worth it. ** no room for growth.

Company has terrible work environments. Dont give you 90 day probationary period. Instead, they give you a week and if you dont hit your picking numbers they threaten you on your daily objective sheet. Terrible company to work for with NO LEADERSHIP OR GUIDANCE.
