If I could give zero stars I would. Incompetent staff. So at 4pm on a Tuesday I go to staples to purchase a laptop for business and upon arrival one of the cashiers watches me for 10-15 mins browse and offers zero help or assistance. Meanwhile, I have already selected the model I need (not that it matters but happens to be the most expensive on display). After standing at the laptop display another few minutes in amazement that they dont have a single employee on the sales floor, I look to the front registers for assistance still to no avail. After having my hope restored by another entering employee (this now makes 5), still no assistance. I immediately start assuming that my next step is to search the stock room myself for my item. So I hastily make my way to the register where one woman is standing with a blank stare and ask if I can get some assistance in checking if a laptop is available. She turns to another woman who is actively making copies, ringing up customers, and answering the phone, which has no rang at least 10 times since I have been in the store, and asks her if she can go because she does not know much about laptops. Perhaps she knows something only about staples. As I proceed to make my way back to the laptop section I am told I will be tended to immediately. After waiting another 25 minutes ( the only reason I am still here is because I have a company check already made out to Staples) I look at the front registers and the woman who politely declined to offer me service is chatting with two other employees. After a series of "wtf" type looks she sends a male employee to help me. He offers some assistance finally. After 10 mins of waiting to see if they have the laptop in stock, he returns to inform me that they do not have it in stock. He then proceeds to show me something on the computer. Not a similar model or a store close by that has it but to show me no store nearby has it. When I checked online it showed it was ready in one hour. He then proceeds to say " see its not like I can order from another store and pick it up for you." Well now thank you for affirming that the United States educational system has failed miserably. Altogether, a very poor store, company, and staff. To top it all off the only competent individual in the building has to now go outside to flag down yet another employee who has exceeded his break by 15 minutes and that they need the help in the store. Great decision on her part, better yet great decision Staples for being a successful chain of office supply stores that hires remedial individuals. Keep the good work! "That was Easy!" Now I have to sit in traffic and write this review. At least it would have been worth the trek if would have accomplished the task at hand. Thank you.

Staples stores seem to be pretty straight across the board. Ive never really had a bad experience at one (that I can remember) and the staff always seem to be ready to help at any given notice. The friendly atmosphere and the overall organization of their products tends to make me buy more than I intended every time I head into this store. Whats better is the weekly mailer that comes out. Staples places it at the front door as you walk in so you can see their weekly deals and discounts in order to make your shopping more enjoyable and to keep your ATM card from melting. This particular location is in a great area, serving a huge array of businesses and consumers, the parking is plentiful, and the displays are well maintained.

Today is one of my best day to shopping office supplies. Very helpful and kind people here, especially these young girls. I am trying to buy a promotion item, which outstock and m pick up another one by mistake. he wrong item is far more expensive than the one I want. The girls here, immediate help me order from their system, and free shipping to my home. It will arrive tomorrow! Did I mentioned the item only $9 after discount? And free shipping! The last time I got this kind of surprises is from Amazon, ordered Saturday night and received Sunday. These retailers are the feature of the shopping system.

There was something I wish is not true about a top office store (was my favorite). When you buy a product offering staples rebates, please make sure you get everything you need to claim it before you walk out of store. Feels like every company is trying to cheat customers out of their hard earned money. Update: Issue resolved. Talk to a real manager when you have an issue. 3-star for needing to visit three times.

Went to get my phone fixed there, and they accused me of wrong doing when it was not my fault. They want to charge me another 170 dollars to get my phone back. They fixed my phone, and then I had to leave it there. Just not a happy camper this time around.

The staff have a very limited knowledge of what they are doing. Priority is not in their vocabulary and the ability to understand their own system is impossible... Took over 1 hour just to have them print a single page...
