Horrible horrible place i ordered a couch loveseat combo its been 2 months paid for still no combo at my house. Paid for in full the day we ordered it. Supposed to take 2-3 weeks i had to call them at the end of that to be told that itd be another 2 weeks waited patiently for that i again heard nothing and had to call back again only to be told that it would b ANOTHER 3 weeks. The main lady seemed nice enough at inital order day but then told me i couldnt get my money back because all sales are final but my sale is yet to be finalized. Horrible customer service once you have paid for it not one call from her the whole entire time despite my multiple attempts of communicating with them. And they dont wanna take any responsibility for it they blame the company they order from. Then why even tell people a time frame if yourl are not going to at least call and check that your customers are not being forgotten then maybe a courtesy call to your customer once in 2 months to let them know you are doing everything you can. Had another 2500.00 i needed to spend on other furniture needless to say it will not be going here.

Had a similar experience to the previous review. Paid for my furniture in full and was told it would be in within 2-3 weeks...its months later and I still have yet to see it...and if I want any updates I have to call them cause they sure as hell dont value their customers enough to call me! JUST DONT GO HERE...so many better furniture store options around...

I have been to this store several times and have gotten everything from a couch, bed, and bunkbeds! Customer service here is great. Chris was patient when we were making up our minds on furniture. She scheduled delivery around my schedule and it came on time as promised. I recommend this store to everybody that I hear is looking for furniture!
