I have been a customer for over a year at the Lynn Haven FL location and I love the manager there named Kip. He is a good manager there. i went in there about a month ago and purchased a Asus computer and 2 weeks after i got it the computer broke I took it to my local computer place to have it fixed they said there was nothing that they could do it was a hard drive issue. So I called Asus and they said try to take it back to Badcock since it was only purchased 2 weeks prior. So Kip was awesome and tried to do everything in his power to remedy the situation. I called customer service they said there was nothing that they can do. I go to school to better myself and this computer is my livelihood. I have 3 kids and I am trying to go to school and I told them and corporate acted like they didnt care. I sent it to Asus and over a month I am finally getting my computer back. I will pay off everything I got from them and never buying anything else from them again. I will go to Lindseys if I need anything else.

I went yesterday/ 3/6/17, to Badcock in Lynn Haven, FL to shop for a new living room set. Two young girls working, say hello as I enter. That was it. One girl in jeans and a tee shirt, barefoot, sitting in chair, the other with her back to the store filing. Would not come from behind the counter to help me. Found on my own a set I was interested in, said it came with couch, love seat and 12 pieces. So I went to the counter to find out what pieces. The girl in the chair never got up and I had to wait for the one filing to turn around. She had no clue and the one in the chair was trying to explain where in the book the items were located. Granted it was only a $1000 sale plus delivery, but I walked out and drove to American Freight a mile up the road, bought the same set, $150 less and it was just delivered. SHAME on Badcock, its no wonder I was the only one in the store with that kind of customer NO service.

I will NEVER EVER GO INTO A BADCOCK STORE AGAIN! We bought a furniture set plus the extra for warranty. Two weeks later the material on the chair and sofa started to pull then tear. We called they came got the furniture said I wasnt there responsibility. So when the brought the furniture back the one of the guys was having a hard time with the couch dropped it twice then caught it on the side of the door frame tearing a hole in the arm. We called right imminently there response well its your furniture now since its in your home and havent heard anything since. Thanks alot Badcock your such great customers service! Well will not be back and we have told all our friends. Dont go there they will not keep to there contract please find someone else.

I bought a couch from the store along with the warranty with it. Not even a month or so after I got the couch the seat cushion spring was warped. I ordered the replacement in March of 2015 and it is now July 2, 2015 and I have yet to receive my replacement cushion. Every time I call, they say "its not here yet." I get nothing but the run around. So I have a brand new couch that we cant even sit on that is brand new. Service is terrible there. I wont be giving them anymore of my money.

The owner of Badcock in Callaway will rip you off. I lost over 500.00 they will not honor their warranties I was also left very rude messages by the owner. I dont understand how they remain in business.
