Bought a lovereat and couch on a sunday. Was told had the couch in stock and the love seat would be in by like monday or tuesday when they would deliver. Couch was delivered but no loveseat. Several calls to salesman and Manager Chris who both tell me will find out when it will be in and let me know. No return calls. After 3 weeks call again and tell me it is in they will set up delivery. Call to set up delivery and give me a hard time about requesting afternoon delivery? Really I wait 3 weeks for something I am told will be here in two days? Totally unprofessional and will never return or recommend to anyone.

SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK - BUYER BEWARE!!! - I would give zero stars if I could. My Gill Bros. salesperson promised me the delivery date that I needed, and then said it wasnt their fault that it will be 3-4 weeks or more PAST that date, and have refused to cancel my order. In the meantime, I have NO FURNITURE to sit on, and am literally sitting on the floor to watch TV. It is unethical for salespeople to promise what they cannot deliver just to make a sale.

This store is wonderful. Just relocated from Denver, Colorado and it is wonderful to find a high quality furniture store in Muncie, Indiana! The minute I walked into the store I felt right at home - a large city environment with high quality and high end merchandise just like I had experienced in Denver, Colorado. You get what you pay for and the items you purchase will last a lifetime!!!!! This store is a find!!!!!

We spend a lot of money at Gill Bros. This is where we buy all of our furniture. We bought some bar stools(not cheap) and one has completely fell apart. Just missed the year warranty and Gill Bros. didnt try to make it right nor acted like they cared. Very disappointed.
