As someone who typically does a lot of research prior to investing in larger purchases and usually shops online, I didnt expect to buy anything today. Id decided on a mattress on Amazon last night and put it in my cart, and I planned on making the purchase in a couple of days. On the recommendation of a trusted friend, my girlfriend and I visited this location today and were honestly floored by the level of service we encountered. Jason greeted us as we walked-in and gave us a few minutes to browse before approaching us. We explained our needs and budget and he showed us the handful of mattresses he felt met our needs best and let us make our own decision with absolutely no hassle. Surprisingly, his sale price was within a few dollars of the mattress I was planning on buying from Amazon, and it had better user reviews online. THEN he told us that we were getting a free (very decent) matress cover and a (very nice) box spring. Add-in free delivery and setup and the value was outstanding. I never thought Id be writing a review for a local matress place, but here we are! Most importantly, I want to stress that I did not feel for one second that I was Jasons paycheck. At no point in our interaction did I get the impression he was trying to meet a quota or push us into something outside of our budget or needs. Its almost a shame that we wont need a mattress for at least another 10+ years and hell likely be a lot higher on the ladder at that point in his career and not waiting for us in the store! Do your research online, both for pricing and options (foam vs coils, wrapped vs linked, etc) then go see what Jason can do for you.

Originally worked with Chris, he was great. He worked with me to get the mattress set I wanted but, I could not get financing. I put down a deposit to hold the sale price while I tried to get financing. He said I would get a bunch of free gifts with my purchase. I went back the next day to cancel my order because I was unable to secure financing. Chris was not there so I talked to Brian. He was great also. He could not cancel my order since he was not the person who made the original sale. Instead, he helped me choose another mattress set I liked that I could afford. He told me I would still get all my gifts but, he was unable to add them on my new order. Brian said only Chris could add them on since he is the manager. He assured me he would make sure Chris put it on my new purchase order. My set was delivered today with NO extras. I called the store and talked to both Chris and Brian. Chris told me I do not get the gifts with this set, it was only with my original set. Brian says he never said I would still get my gifts. He said they will sell them to me for an additional $115. I was lied to plain and simple. They both seemed like great guys and appeared really helpful the 2 occasions I was in the store but, if either is going to lie, they arent so great after all.

Im not much on writing reviews but in this case its necessary. This store and the people work there really SUCK!!! I bought an 1800.00 mattress a few months ago and was told i would get a good deal on an adjustable bed frame. Well, when i went and bought it he said my "deal" was 799.99... originally 899.99 for it... after I got home and looked around i found out that was the regular price EVERYWHERE (799.99) that is. Even Sealy website had it for 850.00.I tried to return it the next day after finding out I didnt get a deal and they wouldnt do it... its still in the box with the original straps around it, never been opened. My chain was yanked hard but you can bet your ass I will never go back again. And I will do my best to spread the word. My advice LOOK ELSEWHERE. By the way they wouldnt even deliver it for me and I only live about 7 miles away. Its still sitting in my garage because its too damn heavy for me to bring in the house by myself. And Thats been 2 weeks now. By the way... all the 5 star reviews you see are because they ask you to go online and give them that... Thats fine if you didnt screwed.

I bought my mattress in 2007 paid $1,000 for it on sale and bought the mattress cover for $59.99. Recently our boxspring broke. I came into the office the staff was nice and helpful gave me a number to the We Care department who needs to be renamed We Dont Care. They sent someone out 2 weeks later and he told me that there was a knot in the wood that made it break and was definitely a defect. However, there was also another place on the bottom totally opposite side where my dog grabbed a string and shredded that didnt bother me and nobody sees it; only affects appearance. But, because of it they will not replace the defect. So basically, I wasted my money buying a better mattress and the mattress cover to ensure warranty because they will not back it up. I will not buy from here again nor will I buy a Sely. I would sleep in a sleeping bag first. So I guess I will have to purchase a new box spring which I am guessing probably wont separate mattress and box spring one thing I guess they didnt count on and that is I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

My wife and I went out with no predetermined plans on what kind of mattress we would want. From the moment we walked in the store, we were greeted with a friendly demeanor and the whole process was a no hassle environment. Often times when going in any retail store you feel like youre being pushed into something that you really arent sure if you want. Through the whole process we were given very consice information that helped narrow down our choices and gave us the comfort in knowing we were the ones who selected which product would work best for us. We werent talked into buying a mattress, it was our choice to pick the mattress that best fit our needs. The sales staff were able to determine our needs and gave us clear options so that we could find the perfect fit for a great price. Jason and Brian keep up the good work, we would recommend that anyone visit this location and feel confident in the fact that you will be satisfied with your purchase 100%.

Jason - He was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. He went above and beyond to make sure the MILITARY was taken care of with a good deal. No rush, no pressure! Just information or simple clean negotiations that felt fair. Jason and Brian were amazing! They were both so friendly and so professional! This was the only store I went to that I didnt feel pressured. I told them what I was looking for and what my budget was, and they never once tried to push me into spending anything over it. They were extremely helpful, and Id definitely recommend Mattress & More over anywhere else! My mattress was delivered today, and perfectly on time as well! I cant wait to sleep on my new mattress tonight!
