Worst furniture store in Kentuckiana! I spent $2,500 in the store, got approved for a new table and chairs and a sectional, Waited three weeks to get my furniture, once it got to the house the delivery people DESTROYED MY HOUSE! left huge chunks of paint off my wall and hand rail going up the stairs! Completely destroyed the furniture and broke the back off my chase, when I went to the store to explain my situation to the store manager, he proceeded to give me a number to call to the service dept. to make it right. Why do I come to the store to buy furniture, but have to call the service dept. to get my delivery fee and credit back towards my purchase. I believe the store has pushy sales reps. And will not stand behind the product they sale. Plus they charge to deliver. Louisville over stock sales the same furniture and will ship for free. Randy Thompson (store manager) didnt even offer to refund my delivery fee. Never again will I purchase from furniture liquidators.

Great place, great people! Keith & Barry were professional, friendly, and helpful. . And their England line of furniture is so well made and has an impressive warranty. I bought a queen sleeper sofa and a matching wide chair. The price was good but then they had a New Years sale, so that made me happy! I had to reschedule delivery twice due to my work schedule and that was no problem. Got a call the morning of delivery to give a time frame. Then the delivery guys called 30 minutes out. Very efficient and very careful when bringing the pieces through the front door. A wonderful experience! I will definitely shop their again!

I would put a negative number if I could. We paid for bunk beds and 2 dressers. We were told they would be delivered in 3 weeks due to so many orders being made during tax time. They never showed up. I called them and the next day they delivered the bed and 1 dresser. It took me over a month before I could get them to bring the other dresser and I still dont have it. I asked for a refund they said they cant do cash refunds they have to put it back on my card. Its been over a week and still no money. Ive heard since my problem started that Im not the only one having issues with them. Im never going back worst management ever

She took her time with us to find exactly what we wanted,did not try to get us to buy something more expensive> When the furniture was delivered,the men were friendly,very careful when bringing in the pieces,& explained to us anything that needed explaining. I love the furniture. The customer service was great at the store. My complaint would be the delivery. They give you a 4hr window and dont meet it. My window was 11:30 to 3:30 and they showed up around 5pm making me late for my daughters cross country meet. The least they could have done was give me a courtesy call letting me know they were running behind but no I had to call them to see if they were still coming.

Had to return the first chairs because they were not what I thought didnt have a problem with returning anything received two more chairs which are very very nice great people in the store were very courteous and very nice delivery person was extremely nice came on time . purchase quite a few items from this particular store and has never had a bad experience to anyone in the store great customer service.

Barry Jenkins was the greatest help. He spent so much time helping us select not only the best sectional for our family but with his background in design and fashion he helped us select the best fabric colors. Absolutely amazing. I think what made our experience so blissful was his tender, sweet and compassionate smile. Will for sure be back. With bells on.

We had a very pleasant experience at the National Turnpike store. We went to find my husband a recliner and left with a full living room set. All of the sales people were very friendly and very helpful! We would definitely recommend it and will go back for future needs.
