I have to say that Heidi at Furniture Liquidators in Elizabethtown Kentucky is a true asset to the business. We recently purchased about $6000 in furniture between our living room, bedroom and kitchen table. I hadnt had the best luck in the past but I really wanted to purchase local so we gave them a second chance. We bought the Guardian Warranty which covers the wood, leather and etc. Within 3 days of owning the table we accidently spilled water on the table and it was in the middle between the table and the extension leaf part. Within a few minutes I noticed the wood started to bubble up from the water. I called the warranty company and they said it wast covered. I was pretty upset that we bought a warranty that wouldnt cover the little water damage. Thats the whole point of the warranty right? Wrong! So I contacted my sales associate, Heidi, and she listened to me and wanted to help me. I wasnt mean, rude or ugly but just stated the situation and how we spent alot of money with them, bought a warranty through them and my new table isnt covered. It was a little bit of a process and took about a week or so but Heidi got us a new kitchen table. My wife and I are extremely greatful for her patience and willingness to help us on this matter to get it resolved for us. This was Heidi in the Elizabethtown store.

We purchased our bed from them over fourth of July weekend and it was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had. First, the sales person was all willing to help us purchase the expensive model but not very helpful at finding a more economical solution. When we finally did decide to go with the more costly bed, she checked our credit and told us she would call us first thing on the next business day and pretty much walked us out of the store. After a week of waiting, called to find out that she never followed up. Ended up getting approved for the same as cash and scheduled the delivery. Bed was delivered and set up only to realize it was not the bed we ordered. Ours was to be plush and we received the firm. Had to keep it and sleep on it for two nights before they brought out the new bed. I slept on the couch because the firm was like laying on the floor. The special for the holiday weekend was free pillows and sheets with the purchase...the sheets ripped at the seem on the second night. I could go on but you get the idea...never again!

The manager is very helpful especially with matching prices. However, the staff is incredibly lazy and rude. They refuse to help you if you seem like you would be a difficult client and the attitude you will receive is ridiculous. Rudeness on top of eye rolling is to be expected here. The quality of the furniture is up to par but the staff makes me not want to return to the Elizabethtown location. They sit around on their phones and refuse to get up and help customers. Will not be returning here.
