I went to the store after calling from a ways away to inquire about whether or not they had gotten an item in stock. The manager confirmed to me that yes they had gotten them in. She then directed me to a older woman in the toy dept and the older woman told me that while I was on my way, she would go get them out and have them ready for me. When I got there, the manager and older employee were outside smoking and I had to wait till they got through before I was helped. When they got in, the older woman told me that she didnt go back there and they didnt have time to get them out. She also claimed I was lying when I told her that she informed me to go ahead and make the drive. The actual store manager told me that there was no way they were going back there to bring them out. I asked for the GM number and she gave me the corporate number. I spoke to corporate and they had the GM call me. He was very nice telling me that he apologized for their behavior and that he would give the manager my name and number and when they got to the boxes, they would call me and set them aside till I got there. 2 days later, I call the store to find out they already put the items out. It is very hard to find honest people in this world and these people will lie to you the first chance they get. I will not be spending another dime in this store and neither will anyone in my family!!

Went here looking for something i bought at the murfreesboro location and was shocked to find it was on clearance and was 3 dollars more. The over all selection was not great

I love this place. Most of the merchandise isnt exactly high end, but there are always bargains to be found. Its generally not too crowded and checkout is quick.

Big lots is a great in and out place! They just about carry everything for the household. The difference is that Ill be in and out within 5 minutes
