Its been awhile, but Im still fuming. Costco ran a coupon on DR. Pepper, and halfway through the 2 dollar off promotion they raised the price of the product by a dollar. I complained, and I got no response for two weeks. So I complained again, received an email response that said someone would contact me. Then almost a month after my original complaint I get a call from an Assistant Manager. She does everything but appologize. She makes excuses and ultimately leaves me to feel this is all my fault because I shop there. Honestly, Costco customer service stinks. They keep lowering both the quality and quantity of their products while raising prices. Now theyve raised their membership charges too. Costco used to represent savings, now 80 percent of their products fail to do that. You are better off shopping at WalMart and saving the wasted annual membership.

I usually go to this Costco and have gotten a great service but today this cashier gave us the worst service. As soon as it was our turn we wanted to do 2 different transaction and when we told him that he looked pissed then when he scanned our stuffs he practically was just shoving everything he scanned and hitting the end of the counter, didnt even help like he helped the previous customer with putting the stuffs in the cart, he most disrespected my mother-in-law, when he gave her receipt instead of giving it to her he banged it on the counter, I dont know if he had problem with her coz she had a head scarf on but that was just rude thing to do to a old lady, then I stood and watched him help the next customer after me and he was gentle with their stuffs and smiling and talking to them, I really felt discriminated. This cashier was Sonny P, OP #55.

Im sooo disappointed today,one female cashier probly in her 50s took our card.She was mean like we are from another planet wtf.We r member for 8+ years. My dad had surgery and we are out of milk so I went with my mom.We bought $80 worth items.she said I have to have a card in order to buy some from here.I said I understand. But no she kept going,"if you kept coming it comes to the point we have to block his card...so there is a solution ".she was soooo mean. I will never go back I told my dad Costco is not worth it

Its a typical Costco and it can get really packed in the evenings and weekends. It is cool that you can get gift cards for local restaurants and items. I recommend going in the mornings around 10am and beating the rush. Also pay for food court items inside the Costco so you can just go in the pre-paid line to pick up food...the other line always seems to have 20 people waiting. The optometry takes forever because there are only one or two workers. I wish all Costcos could provide free Wi-Fi.

Im a resident in Stockton for 4 yrs and Costco is always one of my favorite place ever. Im honest to tell friends that I love their service! Get into customer service..there are nice and not nice workers..I understand! Ive got into problems too, but I cant say that they all bad! I have my way:" I just try not to see that person again..Thats all! " They are great people, beleive me! Try to get to know them friendly..you will see how wonderful they are! I love them!

Costco is one of my favorite stores. They have a great selection of items and they even have their own brand. Everyone is super nice and is willing to help you when you have questions... I have purchase several phones from their phone booth and I love their cash reward program is awesome!! Their optical department is great the ladies working there are super friendly! Thanks everyone you are all awesome!!!

I have never had a problem with costco at all until today and I dont think I will ever be back to the Stockton location. When I got to the register the woman helping out the guy that was ringing me up decided to kill a fly on the food I was about to buy.I dont care how much that fly is bugging you it is not ok to kill anything on a customers stuff. GROSS! That was so disgusting!

Our first experience with this location was it was hard to to returns for multiple items without a receipt, but after they saw us how much we purchase and how frequently we are there, they eased up on their return policy and do it with ease. Everyone knows us and is friendly. Love their vanilla frozen yogurt which is heaven on Earth! Can eat it and still lose weight!

During the check out process, the customer service representative identified that we had been charged for 3 cases of diet coke when we only purchased 2 cases. He immediately referred us to a register where we immediately received a refund. I always wondered if the check out process had any benefit for the customer. Now I know, thank you Costco.

Love Costco, but the Stockton Costco is horrible. The warehouse has a funky lay out compared to other Costcos. Costco is usually crowded and I dont mind, but for some reason at this Costco people constantly leave their carts sideways in the middle of the aisles and dont bother to move it when they see others trying to get by.

I had a great shopping experience, except for the bad experience I had with the optical department eye clinic. The doctor was very rude and impatient so I decided not to make an eye appointment with him and never will and will also let other people know about it. I give them 3 stars

I am regular customers- I bought my tires there and the staffs is so friendly and great to work with I had flat tires and they said it was not fixable but since I had warranty they replace with new one- Loved that they are willing to make sure you are 100% satisfied

On a Saturday afternoon... ugh. Parking is a mess. Thankfully, I was just there for a return and the staff at the customer service desk were efficient and friendly. But wow what a busy place! Go to the Lodi location if you can!

Dont expect every store to be perfect. Stockton costco is one of great shopping place for large stocking items. Problems? Deal with it. Costco will always look out for their customers. Just like state farm " is on your side"

Costco is the best place to shop. They are 1 of very very few corporations that actually take care of their customers and pay their employees a decent wage with good benefits without passing on the extra cost to the consumer

Has what I need at prices I think are reasonable. Just wish they would keep nonseasonal stuff in the same. When Im in a hurry I dont want to have to canvas the whole store, just because they moved it to another corner.

Tire center is very slow. I bought tires at Tracy Costco and the service was much better also. Came here for a rotation and the employees acted as if they were under tremendous amount of stress. With 3 customers.
