Got here exactly 45 prior to appt.told to park come back to gate at 0900 /park were I was told to park guy on ground said for me to move over 3 places call me boss which means ___hole.just doing what I was told went back to gate was given a door ask about getting desk cut told me to go to awning and sign for bolt cutters did stood there about 10 minutes no one grab bolt cutters to cut almost to back door a guy came running up to me said I couldnt use them there were rules to follow almost at truck could had cut them for me didnt walk away got a pair of bolt cutters from a fellow trucker after about 10 more .minutes they assume I been here before havent busted my but to get here for this gave me apart at gate didnt explain anything like when do you take my boo do I have to go to a office or so.ething nothing

My past experiences delivering to Costco have been great but not this time. They were running almost 2 hrs behind schedule and expect drivers to stand outside of the guard shack in the rain until theyre ready to put you in a door. Then once youve been assigned a door you still have to wait for the appointment before you that was just getting into the door 5 min after it had been given to me. As of now Ive been here for 3 hrs and still not able to get into my assigned loading dock 2.5 hrs after my scheduled appointment. This is by far the worst Costco DC Ive ever delivered to.

Had a Sunday delivery today. not allowed to check in till after 0330. Guard was really nice, she allowed me to stay in place till 0330 and didnt have to leave and park on the street. Extremely slow unloading! got to my door at 0345 and its now 0800 and theyre still unloading me. and as any professional driver will tell you, I wont get detention pay for the loss of time. for anyone delivering here there is parking out on the street. there is some places within walking distance you can go to get something to eat. Lumper service is available too.

This place is by far the most time efficient warehouse to deliver to i mean they gotta get atleast 600 trucks daily and they turn them over with ease . This warehouse should be the learning center for all other warehouses especially thier neighbors who is at the opposite end yup SAFEWAY the worst place to go bring a tent when u go there. But these guys cant enough about them driver friendly no doubt only one complaint get some people we can understand at check in point hard to understand them filipinoes if ur not familiar with them.

Fucc this place!! Whoever said you can park on side street full of shyt!! They do have a staging area before guard shack for about 20 trucks. Dont go in too early or youll be waiting. But dont be late either the lines are long so jump into the lines. THEY UNLOADED FAST WITHIN 2 HOURS SO THATS GOOD. Overall its a clusterfuc Washout 7 miles AAA Truck Wash 3940 Tracy Blvd Tracy, CA

This place is the worst! Talk about double standards....When ever I deliver early or on time, they hand me a pager and tell me they dont have a door for me. If Im ten minutes late, I have to reschedule?! Total and utter mass confusion at the guard shack and no organization whatsoever. Always turn down loads to this Costco if I can help it! Waste of hours coming here.

The people that work here are very rude inconsiderate my first time here ask a yard driver where my dock was and his reply was rude and said basically go figure it out yourself they better start realizing the trucker is there paycheck and customer I will never ever come here again and never by from them again

One of my favorite places to deliver to. They are very quick. No rude employees unlike the crap safeway next door. These guys took me in 4 hours early and I was able to go home and enjoy my weekend. This is how warehouses should operat in and out no hassle no fuss. Get it off my truck and let me go. Simple

A superior Costo distribution center out here in Cali. Very speedy on dry loads and reefer as well. If you are picking up a load- just hang in there. It could take some time for them to start. Always pleased to come to this warehouse. Ponga approves this message.

You can show up 1h00 before your appointment to wait in the staging area I got my door 1h00 after my appointment time there is some portables restroom but they smell horrible and have no toilet paper. They give you a pager when your door is ready.

As like any other Costco Distribution Center that I have been to, if you show up a on time to tour appointment theyll do their part and get you unloaded quickly. The most efficient of the retail Distribution Centers.

Do yourself a favor and show up within 1 hour of your appointment time. It will limit the bs and get you to the staging area immediately. That is if there not running behind. DO NOT BE LATE.
