In reference to his posting April 2007. You have lost it dude. Who should be the one to determine who is a good guy/girl and who is a bad guy/girl? When you figure it out would you please let the people who run Megans Law know this info. This could be a break through. Since we are forever telling our children that the bad guy does not have a certain look. That would be wonderful then we wouldnt have so much crime that info would help the police too...Just for your info. we went to the costco in Manteca at Christmas time and they have the finger printing thing there too. It is not just Antioch. Its people like you that people like me are glad your gone from Costco you only hold up the lines and whine and cry over stupid stuff.

Customer service counter sucks. Takes too much time. Im an executive member. Thinking seriously of not renewing my membership. The value for the buck is no longer there. Lines are too long and closed checkout registers. Costco is now increasing membership fees. They stopped carrying certain items that we have always purchased in the past. Costco is not the value that they used to be. Gasoline is about the only thing I can say positive. Even then, lines and time wasted are too long. We do not like customer service in the tire department. Have found much better deals elsewhere on tires.

This is an awesome Costco. Cant ask for the best and helpful that work here. Donna Crystal at front door. Customer service is the best. Everyone of them that work that desk are the best and so helpful. All the managers are so good. Camera dept. The lady works the Jewlery. The Gas station guy all so kind. The guy that lives in Rio Vista. The young men and young lady that work the parking lot. The people that give out the samples. Plus meat department. Bakery department. Oh I almost forgot the Pharmacy. They are so on the ball. And knowledgeable. I love this store. 5 stars.

Obviously its big. They carry so many things its hard to see everything in an hour. They have a phone kiosk if you need to change phones or carriers with very helpful people. My family loves the samples they hand out. On the downside they dont always have what you came back for more of. Their staples are great but specials and one time offers occur and frustrate us if wed like more. Even though they have a lot of registers the lines can be VERY long. Bring your patience, dont be in a hurry, can be crowded, and enjoy!

Dont go here for tire repair service. Maybe Im the only one but when I took my truck in to get a flat fixed I was first told as long as the tire wasnt on the side wall they could patch it.. Over 2 hours later I get a call and Im told they cant fix my tire they have some new rule that wont allow them to fix it. I was told I could get a new tire for about 260.00 but they didnt even have it in Stock Id have to wait at least a day.. went to les schwab the next day, guess their rules are diffrent.

Ive been to quite a few Costco, but will admit this one is my favorite, probably because Im so use to the layout and their staff. They have a good variety of merchandise, a generous return policy decent and very inexpensive food stand, and Ive always had excellent customer service. Their pizza are the cheapest and the best tasting one out there. Of course, I rarely leave there without dropping $200 to $300 dollar but I do get a cartload of stuff.

have to wait everything there are no electric carts they only have 5 they will not get more thats all that is required There are always 2 or 3 waiting then others grab them in the parking lot I wait always 45 minutes at least. I rarely go shopping there because of this.Id rather go to Safeway or Sprouts Sprouts becoming my favorite.Costco is becoming a chore I try to buy other places like Amazon so I dont have to go to Costco.

I bought glasses at the optical department. The specialists helped me get great glasses and saved me LOTS of money over what I was paying at Kaiser previously. I ended up paying 1/3 of what Kaiser wanted and got two pairs for that price. Incredible. GREAT Service! I also got tires and except for a 5 minute wait to place my order, it was also extremely easy and practical.

I like this Costco because there is hardly a line that youd normally associate with Costcos. The Costco in Antioch is very clean and the line to fill gas is also short and mostly non-existent. My options are Antioch Costco or Concord Costco and most of the time I prefer Antioch because the parking lot is bigger and its closer to the freeway.

This is a nice Costco but the Membership Services Desk needs some serious improvements. The item return employees are border line incompetent. There were 3 customers in front of me, with each only having an item or two, and it took more than 30 minutes. Talking to other frustrated customers in line, they told me this is normal.

Oh I loved it here you can simple for free and there food choices at the end of your shopping experience is so wonderful an yummy I got almost every item on there menu I left out with a Polish Hot Dog and A drink and Berry Smoothie and a Berry Sundae. Oh it was out of this world.

This Costcos management likes to brag that they have the largest store in Northern California. Thats why I always find it funny when I have to drive all the way to Tracy to get some basic Costco items. Not enough to never come to this location but it is annoying none the less.

Good location with plenty of parking and a well placed gas station. Workers tend to be helpful and diligent, while most customers tend to believe they are the only ones in the store and fail to notice anyone around you. I have been hot with carts on multiple occasions.

Always find something to purchase. Stop in for a quick affordable lunch :) Save a few cents...stop at the gas station & fill up before head out. Always have great service. Emplyees are fun & recogniz you. And no matter how short the trip is you see someone you know.

Pretty average Costco experience. Massive store with decent deals on bulk items. This location usually has faster checkouts than Ive come to expect from other Costcos. The staff here is always a little overwhelmed but they try to be helpful. Dont get lost inside :)

Was looking forward to using a ride on scooter but they were all in use so we cut out some of the items I wanted to purchase.i hope next time I go to Costco I will be able to use 1since I hurt my leg it is so hard to walk the whole warehouse
