Been a Costco member for over 16 years. Successfully shopped at over 2 dozen Costcos. This one is the worst. First, and foremost outside it doesnt have that Costco look, and feel. Very difficult to to find with all the camouflage, and excessive arbor decorations out front. The location is also in a bad part of town, and is not in a strategic location, perfect for its valued customers. Upon arrival the places Makes one feel they are looking at fortified positions on the Atlantic Wall. Shortly after entering, one sees how the Staff are extremely vile, rude, and show little and/or no shreds of professionalism. None of the staff smile, they act like work is very arduous for them, and act like they should be elsewhere, with ~YOU~ taking up their time. Kylie in the food court leads the way, as she slams down ordered food constantly, and doesnt appologize when somebodys food goes flying everywhere, destroying somebodys meal. Also she enjoys constantly yelling at customers, enjoying every opportunity to correct them. All other departments follow suit, as they throw merchandise everywhere, giving no appeal, and no attraction to the customers. The deli is also bad, as they refuse to do ribs after 2pm. Generally speaking their merchandise, stock, and planning is horrible. Depending on what day you go in there, you cant get everyday things such as Pretzel Rolls. Of course the staff doesnt even appologize for the inconvenience, and turns away refusing any help. Maybe this place will loose business, and will begin to change...

They definitely dont like Chinese people. My dear wife went into the Costco at 2400 Monument Blvd and asked the customer service person for a new card, since I had just renewed the membership. The lady that was assisting her was rude and implied that she was lying about her having an existing membership (we have shared a membership for over 8 years). The customer support lady refused to even look her up in your database. At one point my wife gave her my name and she ridiculed her, saying that I could not possibly be her husband because she is Chinese and I have an American name. Interestingly enough, my wife was the one that originally opened the account and was treated like dirt and the "lady" would not accept her license as an ID. I doubt this would have happened if I (an american born Irish-English) had been there. Dont spend your hard-earned money at this white trash establishment.

All Costco stores change MDSE from time to time, but this store is the worst.IE: Kirkland low sodium bacon. Hey, this is the heart of health conscious people but this store cant consistently stock this item. I need to drive 15 miles to another Costco to buy items normally stocked by other Costcos. Also Costco in general keeps substituting their higher margin but substandard products for the name brand high quality items they once carried, ie; Ball Park Hotdogs. I have spoken to Costco Management at the store several times and never get a good result, just lame excuses or no excuse at all. I now do more and more shopping at Sams Club where I can buy Ball Park and other NAME BRANDS that Costco dropped. Costco youre losing my business. How many others feel the same way?

This was a very irritating and inconvenient waste of my time. Today is Saturday April 16, 2016. I needed to go to Costco today for an event Im going to tomorrow. I needed some household supplies as well. Earlier today I googled "Concord Costco", and the Concord Costco on Monument came up. I clicked on "website" and it brought me to the main page. Here it lists the address and telephone number and hours of operation: 6AM-8PM. I am now sitting in my car at the Concord Costco and its 6:30PM and the "Entrance" door is shut and the hours of operation states that they are open from 9:30AM-6:00PM on Saturdays. I drove 25 minutes to get here only to have to turn around and head back home. I prefer not to waste time on my days off! Extremely frustrating!

The service of this particular Costco isnt too off from the other Costco in the Bay area, but the people who shops at this Concord Costco is horrible. Maybe I should not give such low star review base on customers behaviors, but the fact that they let crazy shoppers behaved so rudely really really really bother me. There were no respects any where, everyone acts as if Costco Concord is his/her own place, line cutting, foul languages/attitudes/behaviors. I have never experienced such rudeness and lack of courtesy in any Costco from east of the US to west. So, whoever wants to to shop at Costco Concord better be prepared and be on the high self-defense. Totally unpleasant experience!

Excellent Po Boy sandwiches. Fresh shrimp and catfish fried to perfection and a delicious remoulade sauce. Get the remoulade sauce instead if the Creole mustard and mayo. Large side of fries that came out hot but not very crispy and a bit salty. The server said the lemonade is fresh squeezed but had an aftertaste and there was absolutely no pulp. Sweetness level as good. Would highly recommend you try it. Chef Gary came out to greet every customer and was very friendly. Nice touches such as a clean bathroom with a mat in front of the toilet, wicker chair and a shelf unit full of paper towels and toilet paper. Even a hand sanitizer unit by tye front door.

On 8/1 I went to the pharmacy to get a medication filled. I was waited on by the pharmacist who is a thin, obnoxious Asian woman. She felt it necessary to question my doctors decision to increase the rate at which Im taking my medication. Apparently this unqualified, doctor-wanna-be thinks shes smarter than my doctor. I was stunned. I took my script back and brought it to another pharmacy where the pharmacist was not suffering from a "God Complex". I had no problem getting it filled at the second pharmacy. Obviously, I will never go back to the Costco pharmacy ever again and I highly recommend that others take their business elsewhere..

Live in Walnut Creek and have been a loyal Costco, Concord for 6 years now. Nice greeters and Customer Service Counter Employees, Gas Station is great, good products, but every Cashier rarely says "hello" or "thank you" often seems grouchy or unhappy about something. More focused on conversations with their fellow cart packer. Headed back tomorrow. My cashier today made a mistake and added my rebate coupon instead of subtracting it. Mistakes happen, but when you drop $400.00 to get a "Hello" and a "Thank You" comes with the territory. Switching to Costco, Danville now.

Ive been visiting Costco concord since 2009. I was really enjoyed when I stay there at that time. Now they have more customers to take care, but I dont know they can handle. It doesnt seems to. When it s busy, many of employees looks very stressful, I can easily feel angers from many other employees, sometime they are arguing with customers. So, Our family decide to go to Sams Club nearby istead. Its less crowded and more peaceful. I hope they dont become a money monster.

The only thing I would like is the pharmacy to have later hours on just one day during the week. Everything else is great. The employees very helpful, and friendly, especially appreciate that when I was using crutches and by myself, an employee offered to help me out to my truck, which I never take them up on, but as you know, I expected that the one time that I really wished for help, I wouldnt have the opportunity to get any. But they came through for me...
