My name Stephen M. Gans and I am using my wifes computer. I knew Bernie Brotman and Jeff through Britannia Sportswear at 2022 Boren Ave Seattle. We were THE jeans company in the country during the 1970s, if you didnt get our JEANS you couldnt be in the fashion jeans business. Bernie sold our jeans at his stores, Bernies Casuals, and he was a true gentleman sand everyone at our company liked him, he passed at 104 years of age. Bernie led a great and fruitful long life. Jeff just passed and it is a terrible shame as he was only 74 years old and was an active person in many things besides Costco and my friend. We spoke on the phone and once in a while would have a meal together, he was very proud of the company and paid attention to it closely. Jeff valued his employees and made sure they were taken care of and as I understand it was with a group of them the night he passed at a dinner, something he he loved doing. How perfect! Jeff rest well my friend you earned it. Stephen

I just came back from Costco Tire center. I couldnt be happier with the service. This morning I got a message on my dash that my tire air is low, so I called around to see where I could get it fixed, thinking I run over nail or something... and decided to go to Costco even though their wait time was over 2 hours. When I explained the situation to the guy behind the counter he told me to make sure it wasnt just the weather change (sudden drop in temperature) that caused it since it got pretty cold this morning - 45 degrees. He said to walk up to the guys in the service area and get the tire pressure checked. They did exactly that and within 5 minutes I was done. It indeed was the temperature but they also added some air to even it out. All for free!

Worst costco around. We got stuck behind a line that didnt move because 4 employees couldnt figure out how to scan photos. The line next to us opened up and instead of letting the people move over he started ringing whoever got there first. I asked since I was in line if I could move over and he said after his line clears, meaning "no". The ringer at the stopped line said they need to stop a while so I moved to a third line. This is the worst service Ive experienced at any Costco.

I actually ran in to pick up some of their chicken salad from the deli and just couldnt find it. I was looking around and probably looking lost, but I was surprised when one of the back deli cooks actually came out to see if I was okay. Turns out Id picked the one day to come in that they couldnt make the salad. lol So even though I couldnt get what I wanted, I was very pleased with the service and other products I ended up getting!

This is product review, for "egg whites", bought in Costco, Issaquah. Dont recommend it to anybody! It stated "USDA inspected" - thats a BIG, FAT lie! Those "egg whites" didnt taste as a regular egg whites, it have moldy , rotten stuff aftertaste. I dont know who died there and they put rotten flesh into those "egg whites" , but its completely uneatable. Shame on Costco to sell such product with rotten flesh aftertaste!

Standard Costco experience. My wife loved the fact that they offer gelato in their food court. We are now disappointed that our local Costco doesnt offer it :) My only real complaint is the outdoor food court. Doesnt seem like a great idea in this climate. It was quite chilly the day we were there, and we were still forced to sit outside. Might work in So Cal, but doesnt work so well in the Pacific Northwest in my opinion.

Costco is Costco: great customer service, cheap, awesome selection, lowest gas price... This location though, is not like the one in Seattle or Tukilla in several areas: 1. Its closest from Bellevue 2. Gas seems to be cheaper (not sure) 3. Shortest line comparing to two other locations 4. Parking is always easier and closer 5. Quick to order a hotdog or pizza too Otherwise I think the selection of product is the same.

Dont bother calling them, they dont answer! I went through the phone loop at least 5 times pushing #1 for the next representative each time. It must have rang a minimum of 100 total rings not to mention listening to the annoying recorded message each time. Why do they post a tel number if they are not going to answer, recorded messages? Ok but, why say press #1 for the next representative if they will not answer??

Parking: wide spaces but very hard to find. Electronics: you always want to do some research before you buy any gadget, but its doubly true at Costco; the quality extremes are just much wider. Ive repeatedly gotten both excellent, and utterly disappointing, electronics there. Never impulse buy any electronic device from Costco. They have fantastic quality sitting right next to complete garbage on the same shelf.

First of all, I love Costco. This is another great place to shop. The food court is outside. One time I showed up a couple minutes past closing. I only needed one food item that I knew exactly where it was and could be at the register before all the people I saw still loitering around inside. However, they wouldnt let me in. Its one of the few times that Costco has ever said no to me.

The Issaquah Costco is our favorite in the wider Seattle area. They have a more interesting range of products as well as friendlier staff, cleaner/neater displays, and high turnover of products (my husband thinks its because its right next to the headquarters). All Costcos are awesome, but this one is the best - go on a Saturday morning and hit up the farmers market across the street.

This Costco has everything that any other Costco carries. Like other Costco warehouses in the Seattle area, this one also gets very crowded even on weekdays and even when there is no coupon sale going on. On weekends, especially when Costco releases new coupons, this place gets so crowded to the extend that I try to avoid at all cost. Best time to visit is on a weekdays around noon.

We have been members of Costco for more than 15 years but have never lived closer than 15 miles from any Costco and I wish one was closer. We go at least once a month and always top it off with a hot dog and drink. Costco has a great selection of just about everything and the prices are very good. We love our Costco store no matter where we are living at the time

I actually like this Costco more than the one in Redmond and definitely more than Kirkland Costco. Plus: selection of products are actually better here - you get a bit more luxury brands for hair/cosmetics and other non -grocery items. Minus- its crowded no matter what time you go but thats really it. Def worth checking out.

Want to wait for a tire rotation.... The wait list is full till 1. "You should have made an appointment." (I dont know my schedule more than a day out) ok, when is your next availability. 11 am. What! Wait, you are making people wait hours when there are open slots in 45 minutes?!?!?!?!?. This company is totally screwed up.
