I love that I can get in and out fairly quickly and not be distracted by a bunch of extra stuff when I have a few specific things to get that they carry. This is aimed at businesses and restaurants, so for example they dont have things like 10 count refried beans, its #10 cans instead. Most meat is in large pieces designed for the customer to break it down themselves, but eggs, milk, chicken, nuts, bread, fruit & veg pretty much like any other Costco. No food samples, no deli, no clothing, & no alcohol. No gas. Lots of snack foods in individual packaging designed for people like convenience store owners.Unless you want to slow everything down in line and irritate a lot of people who need to get back to their stores/resturants, put your products in your cart with barcodes visible so everything can be scanned in/on the cart. This store isnt for everyone but if you live in the area its worth checking out to see if it works for you

If this Costco carries what you need you can get in and out much quicker than a full sized Costco. Like everywhere in retail there are more helpful and less helpful staff. The good thing is they are very heavy on staff. You are not on your own like in other Costco stores. Ive waited more than a few times while two employees were having a (non work related) conversation before they could assist me. Costco still beats prices on so many things. Their mark up is low. It is worth it to make an extra trip. And the staff - they are just trying to get though the day like everyone else. Let them slack a little. Dont expect Disneyland.

5/27/10 Having my own business and dealing with customers, you would expect better service at Costco. Not at this center, the cashier name Gioanni did not greet and even say thank you after the transaction. Thats a jerk with poor customer service. Following two black employees at the customer service were just as poor. Yes, black employees are generally poor customer service representatives - they have an attitude; cannot communicate and they would care about service.

It is a GREAT place if you want to buy in bulk.... Especially when you want to buy meat and poultry..... At the Costco business store they have a much better variety of coffee creamers than the other Costco stores... So instead of going to the other Costco stores.... If I just need to buy bread, eggs, coffee creamer and milk.... It is much quicker then going to the other Costco stores.... Im usually in and out of the store in less then 15 minutes....

This is a unique Costco in the San Francisco Bay Area that caters to the needs of businesses and restaurants, but is open to all Costco members. It carries very many items one will not find in a regular Costco store. You should know that warehouse coupons are not acceptable in this particular store. On the other hand, it sometimes has unique "Business Savings" that do not apply in regular Costco stores.

For General Merchandise God I hate this Costco. I go to Costco because I want to make 1 trip, get everything. This is a mini-Costco, doesnt carry half of the stuff a full size Costco do. No lunch counter. At least the business center seems well stocked, parking lot relatively ez to get in and out off, and mid-week one gets in and out quick, but they dont open on Sunday!

This center is only used by members with a business account. That changes what the store offers a little bit. More things in large bulk, not much hygene or electronics or jewelry. And there is no food court. But as a result the lines are never very long if at all and the staff can take the time to help you out more within the store since there are fewer members.

Thats a lot of other things that other Costcos dont have a lot of bigger meat products and the prices on them are like a dollar a pound cheaper than most Costcos they also have a lot of different brands than your usual costal does its a Merchants Outlet so theres a lot of merchants type things are in the store its a fun store people are great you should try it

Easy in and out, no distracting consumer goods, great single serving portions, and super prices on wonderful soups (dont miss the bags of clam chowder in the freezer ).... and my favorite, the coffee syrups, Chai and restaurant / convenience store items. (Love carmex? Buy a display box!). Dress warm, they run out of coats for the freezer section (huge ).

I love Costco. No matter what they do I will probably always come here. I pop around to all 3 in the area. Great prices, very long lines, but I doubt you wait 5 minutes. My biggest complaint is no one is ever around to help you find something, and they move their items around daily. If nothing else Ill keep coming here for the $1.50 hotdog with a soda.

i prefer to use this Costco rather than San Leandro or Union City simply because it is easier to get in and out of and near where i live. the lines arent as long and parking is better. They dont have big electronics and clothes like the regular one but Im usually after food and the selection is fine for me

Place is usually empty and thats a good thing. has more things for businesses than anything else, but you can still find items that are for the average consumer. Service here tends to be better than other costcos. Parking is like all other costcos though. Overall a good place to stock up on certain items.

Costco Business Center has an alternate inventory to Costco Wholesale and actually competes on prices. Youll find an emphasis on items for restaurants such as more food preparation machines and printers, paper towel dispensers, eating utensils and candy aimed at concession businesses.

A smaller version of the regular Costco, it is more catered towards small business owners so you will not see personal items like TVs, clothes, books, etc being on sale. The selection of food items are slightly different as well. There was no hot food being sold nor a gas station.

There are not many Costco business centers around. They carry some of the similar items as the regular Costco but mute than half of the items are more geared toward businesses. However some of those items are great and inexpensive for home use as long as you have space for them!

Customer service didnt bother to check inventory for something I wanted on the computer, she conveniently said two things I was looking for was out of stock. Turns out I found one of the items she said was out of stock. Some people just get too lazy to do their job.

Geared towards businesses. There is no gas, food court, clothes and books. Much larger variety of drinks, chips, snacks, gum, cheeses. Stuff a business would need. You do not need a special membership to shop here. Any Costco member can shop here.

Great for your commercial needs! Although they do have a lot of items for personal use, being a business center means there isnt much of a crowd which is good. However they wont have as much variety as a normal Costco, still a great location.

Good for bulk good (surprise, its Costco). But it doesnt have everything a normal Costco has due to it being a business Costco... ie no food court. Smaller staff because its not as busy, and it seems like a tight crew.
