Oh! My God! The worse shopping experience in Costco on today12/18/2016.The guy who is 52" tall was so rude and discriminated at all the women who does not dressed fancy, or who has children. He told me not to keep my child in Costco while my baby needed to change diaper. At that moment, Costco was packed by all kind of shopper. Imaged how hard to move a big shopping cart full of shopping food and with two kids. The line on woman toilet was super long. while I went out to show the receipt to the staff who standing by the gate , And this guy followed me to the gate to open and flipped over all my families purse and my bags. What a awful guy! When I asked for his name to report to his supervisor , he didnt dare to tell me. And he said he didnt have a supervisor, he just showed a metal thing that showed " Costco security " . And he ask me to leave quickly. Is he think about that with this identity ( Costco security) that he can discriminate the weak group of people, such like me and my little kids? No way! I believed Costco company are shame to hire people like this guy! What a bad shopping experience at Costco! Being offensed and discrimated by this "Costco security" guy.

On the Hearing Aid Center - First, the technician that does the actual testing is great. She takes her time and gave my mother her full attention and considering her dementia, it can be difficult. But the girl out front is the most rudest, condescending, B of a person you will have to deal with if the tech is busy testing. That is if you can ever get her to stop telling you whats wrong instead of asking and listening. If I had spoken to her before taking my mother for testing, I would have gone somewhere else. Its a good product and the tech does a great job but if you ever have to deal with the front desk girl, believe me, it is not worth buying a product that needs followup no matter how good the tech is, if you have to deal with her in any kind of way. She is a horrible person and should never be out front in any business.

It was so crowded it was like some post-apocalyptic situation. I was sweating my guts out because I was just close to so many other people breathing, we had to wait to get down the isles, everyone was clustered around the sample carts making it even harder to move about and shop. I was very uncomfortable. And there isnt even very much variety in the frozen section. I felt like there wasnt very much variety in food items at all compared to a regular store. I got some frozen nuggets, mayo, Mac & cheese and their hot dog at the end. The meat wasnt cheap there were a million people around the bakery so I didnt even try to force the cart through the crowd of other carts. It was thoroughly unpleasant and I dont feel like I got any great deals.

Great deals ! I go Costco one time of the week! But today I had a terrible experience with a white lady who works there , the lady who was servings sample was speaking In Spanish and I ask her a question in Spanish so the white lady come to me and asked me if I speak English I said yes ! So she told me speak to her in English tell her she most to speak in English not Spanish Im loosing customer . I told her what about people dont speak English and she said I dont care! She so racist ,so rude .her name is Wendy well I reported with her supervised and he was very polite and helpful and he polite about the incident and hope he spoke with her or gave her a warning.

This Costco is CROWDED and the patrons are NOT CONSIDERATE of others. People leave their carts in the middle of the aisle. Or they will sit in their cars waiting for that perfect parking spot, but block the driveway in the process. Why are people so lazy? I park my car as far from the front door as possible. I still get to the front door faster than anybody else... I just dont get it! The Costco gas station is tucked away in the back corner, so good luck getting there without being held up by people waiting for that front parking spot. The employees are fantastic and the selection is great here.

Went for the first time to Cosco ever, cashier did not greet and rude about us missing a part of bread package that came in 2 in the package. Said to us in spanish "uno mas" when clearly she is not hispanic. I guess she assuming we did not speak english. When she was with an attitude to start with. Very bad first experience at this location. A employee was running in the store so fast almost knocking down a little girl and bumping into a pregnant women. They need to train them more in customer service especially the cashiers.

This is not for the Costco as a whole but for their pharmacy. I always come to get my prescription filled with no problem except for today. The pharmacist at the window looked at my prescription and said he can no longer fill any prescription from the doctor that prescribed it to me and he gave me no reason at all. Whats the point of paying for membership if I cant get the full service. I usually pay around $30 for my prescription and I had to go to Walgreens and pay $126. Thanks Costco

Its unfortunate the type of people this location attracts. Gets extremely packed on weekends and it seems people starve their kids before they go because they inhale any samples and leave none for people that are actually interested in the product. People here are also very inconsiderate and will stop in the middle of the lane to look around or talk blocking most of the Isle. I started driving all the way to Danville to shop at Costco. Much nicer with a better class of people as well.

When we were checking out , the cashier (name tag written David, he speaks Spanish) did not say anything to us. He did not greet us and having any eye contact, not mention saying "Thank you" to us. He showed an unwelcomed face and kept looking around even though he was scanning the products. His unprofessional and disresptful attitude made us feeling very disappointed! I think this cashier may need more training learning about how to show professional service to customers.

Costco has just about every thing I need oe want and at the best price. The problem with this one is that it just serves way too many people. Never have I been in a more crowded Costco than this one (and I have been in about 30, from Puerto Rico to Hawaii to Utah,etc) and the parking lot is like a war zone. Cmon Costco.... consider the thousands+ people who live in the Oakland/East Bay and open another retail store/warehouse. This daily stampede needs to end.

They are absolute assholes. I I work next door at Amazon. In the morning theres no parking in front of my company because of so many vehicles. I parked in Costcos parking lot for just for 15 minutes so I can unload my car and secure a parking spot in front of my company. I come back to move my car and those S.O.B.s towed my car. They look for any reason to tow peoples cars. thats what the manager told me.
