I had a neat experience at this Costco today while picking up some pictures. Simple in&out trip but we decided to walk around and test the samples. As we were in the checkout line my daughter started to shiver and I just chalked it up to being under a fan. As we passed Customer Service on our way out my daughter started to projectile vomit and it was all I could do to catch it and yell for help. The staff were fast to get us a trashcan an bring wipes & paper towels. I then had to strip my vomit-soaked toddler down and try and figure out what to do next. The staff was amazing and even brought us an outfit for her from the floor free of charge so that she would be warm on the way out to the car (Picture downbelow). She loved this new fancy outfit and refused to change out of it all day long - even when it was time for PJs. Everyone was so kind and helpful and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met and we were as comfortable as possible. Thank you staff and kind passer-byers! Someone even offered to grab some spare clothes from their car for my daughter! I felt so looked after and it made this suckie situation a positive one where I left counting my blessings!

I had a different experience on my last Costco shopping event. This was with the tasters and management working togather to locate a chutney that was sampled on my first morning visit. I neglected to purchase it on that initial visit and returned later to do so (5 hrs). With most of the food prep samplers already done for the day, I sounded like a crazy person trying to locate this product with the aid of someone who was still available.... Long story short... Thank you all for you team effort an patience and management involvement in locating exactly what I was looking for at a nearby Costco with adaquate availability. Why at a nearby Costco do you ask? Because the had sold out at My store... Thank you Coventon Costco

This is the "Go-To" place if you need alot of something for a decent price and a high level of quality. Cant go wrong with the food, since most of the baked and ready to eat goods are cooked and prepared onsite. the large quanities of everything is very useful if you are opening up a vender type stand at a fair or something similar to that in reguards to soda/pop, chips, and snacks of any type. The cookware and everything else is of very high quality and I love shopping here when I am not shopping online. I have had a membership since I got a job five years ago and dont regret a minute of it! :)

The pharmacist got my prescription wrong! I thought it was not quite right, so I contacted my doctor and sure enough they had not filled the prescription correctly. Good thing I checked ! The whole experience was just weird too... After I told them I would be paying cash instead of using my insurance they made me wait so they could change the bottles (???), the clerk all but demanded that I wait around the corner out of eyesight so she could make the change... What difference does it make ? And what is really going on ? Just plain odd - I wont be coming back to this Costco.

Absolutely most definitely the worst experience of my life when it comes to Costco. Ordered an expensive fridge online. First delivery promise was 13th of July. Never happened. Got the call on the 16th, no apology, rescheduled for following Friday. Also never happened. Then I get a call on the 24th stating that they will reschedule to the 2nd of August. And may not even deliver and cancel because Whirlpool "blah blah blah". Its a fridge, not a pack of candy, something people cant live without. Absolutely horrible customer service. No resolution as of yet.

Had a bad experience at the Covington Costco today. I went to renew my membership and upon entering and walking to the customer service desk the doorman followed me asked me to exit the building and re-enter through the other door. I said, "ok I didnt know I couldnt come in this door for the customer service desk, next time I will use the other door." He very rudely told me to go out and re-enter through the correct door or I would be asked to leave. So I left and will not be renewing my membership.

The warehouse itself is not bad but the pharmacy is highly disorganized and ran extremely poorly. Your prescriptions will never be on time even if you call and confirm, they lose your medication, they dont know what their inventory is. Save yourself hours of headaches and wasted time and take your prescription somewhere else. I gave them 6 months and they had it ready 1 time. Every other time I had to redo it at the counter and wait for them to fill it even if I gave them hours of extra time.

One of the cleanest Costcos Ive ever been to. They have a friendly crew, and the lines are shorter than any other location. The food court workers keep this lines moving too. Also, Ive been wearing hearing aids for over 30 years, and Scott is the only audiologist in the past 20 years who has gotten my volume and quality adjustments right where I like them. My only complaint is that this location doesnt carry 1-liter bottled water anymore, which means I cant visit this one that often.

This costco has much better parking than the Tukwila store. But the traffic routing around it makes navigating anywhere in the business district of Covington difficult. At this Costco I have had very good results with the pharmacy. They are helpful and efficient, and also kind. Just keep in mind the pharmacy is closed on Sundays so if you submit a prescription on Saturday it may not be ready until Monday.

Soul-less, clean & efficient. What do you expect? Its a big box store. Some good deals, some are less-than. Graze the free samples. Marvel at the $1.50 hot dog and drink every-day special. The 3 pound Rotisserie chicken for $4.99 is always a takeaway bargain. Most of their fish is farm-raised, Im not into that. The staff is very friendly. Get in, get out, then go for a hike to refresh my inner spirit.

Costco is truly a unique company; with its largely wholesale items and prices, You cant compare it to any other place. But what I would like to emphasize on this review is their return policy. Within 30 or so days, you can return an item to Costco, no questions asked. I just recently returned a desktop computer and they refunded me quickly and painlessly. Costco is a good shopping experience.

The parking is sufficient with the layout of the parking lot easy to walk. The store is very clean and well organized. The check out lines are usually not too long and the process if actually quite quick. This store is so much more user friendly then the Costco in Issaquah.

Profiled as soon as I walked in. Was stopped and asked to show my card when everyone else walked by. Was yelled at. Im an executive member. This is not my regular Costco, I was visiting family in the area and needed a few things so I stopped by. I wont be coming back.
