I brought my car in to have a tire fixed for the awesome figure of $4.25!!! I had a nail in it and this looked like a good deal. After waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes and paying the $4.25, they told me that the tire was unfixable because of damages on the side wall. They didnt have a tire to replace and they didnt want to put my tire back!!! They wanted to put the small spare wheel on it and send me to another tire place. At Costco they found out that my spare wheel is too small for my car. After getting a little hot, pushing back and trying to negotiate, they sent me inside and they let me call Firestone Tire & Service that offered me a $239 deal for changing 2 tires. There was no way that they were going to patch my tire so i could drive around shopping for a new tire. Finally they put back my tire (without fixing it). The problem was that they pulled the nail so now the pressure was going down faster! I found Israels Tire & Alignment on 2239 Old Middlefield, #F that replace the tires for $171. I understood that Costco wanted to keep me safe but I dont understand why they didnt want to fix a tire (and I had already paid for that) even after I offered them to sign something to waive their responsibility so I could go around for the day looking for a good deal for my tires but they didnt want to perform what I had already paid for.

I love this Costco. It is clean, well maintained, has all of the up to date inventory and the it never feels like I have entered a zoo (a common experience at most Costcos). My only complaint is that this Costco doesnt have a gas station at it, so I end up having to go to the Sunnyvale Costco which Im not a huge fan of. Overall, this Costco is the nicest one in the South Bay. I highly recommend coming here if you want quality in products and a positive experience where you dont feel pushed and shoved. Also - the food here is amazing. I am obsessed with Costco pizza. If you havent tried it, you absolutely have to. You could also pretty much have a full meal just walking around and eating samples... which is also a plus. ;)

I visited this place first time and carrying some manufactures coupons those I have received by mail. After I finished my billing I went to redeem my coupons. As I am trying to explain about what I have, he just barking and says the item is not found in the list and then arguing to pay the bill (second time?) , finally he found the item in the list and not even apologizing for his behavior. Also, I requested him to find out the items that I have purchased in the last week as I dont have bill for it, he simply says we dont maintain the list..(other center does) How ridicules. I have been to other centers which are very friendly. this center was sucking.

Its a Costco. If youve seen one, you know how it works. A membership warehouse store, with products at good prices, and in big quantities. This particular Costco is slightly smaller than the Sunnyvale one, parking is usually not too nightmarish so thats the one I go to. They have a few products I like getting there (big pieces of real Italian Parmesan cheese, some dried nuts, fresh Pasta that I freeze for later). Tip: go there weekdays, just before it closes at 8:30pm. Parking will be mostly empty, store too, and you wont have to wait at the cashier.

As Costcos go, this is a solid one. Theres decent parking, although you might have to drive around a bit. Its well stocked, good selection. The meat section is diverse, with good prices. The produce section is also good, although as with all Costcos, you may need to search through some packages to find the best quality. They sell a nice variety of local products in the food section, including local eggs and milk. Lineups can be long, but they move quickly. There is no Costco gas at this location, which is a bit of a disappointment.

once youve seen one costco, youve pretty much seen them all. nothing too unique about this one other than the fact that there is an in n out across the street so one is faced with the dilemma of choosing between the hot dogs and pizza at costco or waiting to swing by in n out on the way home for a delicious protein style double double with animal style fries and a neopolitan milk shake. the only times i end up opting for the former are when im in a hurry or ive already filled myself up from all the free samples theyre giving out.

This Costco location is a LOT easier to maneuver than Sunnyvale or a Redwood City, in that it is a bit less crowded (still busy though). There is a bit less parking and no gas station, but thats the only thing that its really lacking. I go to this location if I dont want to spend 20 minutes to find parking, ESPECIALLY on the weekend. Dont get me wrong, its s busy store, but not quite as, well, chaotic as the others. LOTS of stuff to chose from, good layout. Workers are very helpful and courteous.

Our go-to Costco, but it often feels really cramped (there are only a few on the Peninsula!). Great, helpful staff, lots of great seasonal items and foods, and a decent wine, beer, and alcohol section. I havent seen them out of stock of something we have really needed or staple items ever. Moreover, the organic product selection is really strong compared to some other Costco stores weve visited. Cant complain for a Costco. Its a little small, too busy some times, but still gets the shopping done.

Great deals can be had here, but as just a single guy with a roommate, I often ask myself -- is this worth it? - Hauling home all the stuff, often in flimsy boxes (or sometimes no boxes at all). - Storing crazy-oversized stuff in a smallish home. - Battling huge crowds, especially on "Family Day" (read: every evening and weekend) Im still not sure. But if you have a *big* purchase to make or a big family, then yeah, Costco is probably worth it. Doesnt mean I have to actually enjoy it, though :(

Good Costco - great selection. The parking lot is always busy - on a weekday during the day to a weekend when all the moms/families go to Costco. The good thing is that they let you go into Costco (even without a membership) if youre just going for alcohol. And unlike other locations, they just let you go and pick out your alcohol instead having someone follow you and watch you pick everything out (like the Costco in downtown SF). Definitely avoid on a Saturday or Sunday.

I had a flat tire. I went to Americas tire and asked if they could fix the tire. They checked my tire and found that my tire had some tiny crack flaws. They asked me to replace all my tires for more than $600. I went to Costco tire, they fixed my flat tire for $4.25 (yes, four dollars twenty-five cents) in 45 minutes, and told me that its very common in California for tires with some tiny crack flaws. They also told me that my tires were still in pretty good shape. Thanks!!
