Employees are dumb as sh**. Just shop and get out. The staff here is completely incompetent . First stop - customer service, person behind the counter insisted my account was expired and I must renew before she can answer any of my questions. (Account was renewed two days prior at another location, so I know it was good). Second stop - Auto counter. Stood in line for an extremely long time. Yes, there were a few folks ahead of me, but the guy working the counter had to call (wave his hands and yell) for a supervisor for EVERY transaction, sometimes multiple times per transaction. Automotive scanned my membership card without a problem, account was active and up to date. Third stop - main checkout. Checker asked about my shopping experience and if I had found everything. I started to tell her about the poor service I has received thus far, but she had no interest in my response. I guess this was just part of the script Costco gives her to recite to people. Again she had no trouble with my membership. I guess the so called "customer service" desk is a myth, and should be removed or renamed because obviously there is no concept of service in this store.

Food Court has HORRIBLE service. I had never ordered their take-out pizza before and unfortunately today is my first and last. We had to feed 15 teenagers tonigth and Costco pizza was the answer - excellent price for the amount of food you get, especially for 16-18 year olds. I placed my order at 2:00 this afternoon with a pickup time of 5:45. I got to the pickup window at 5:50 and was told to go pay for the pizzas first. I stood in line minutes for 5 minutes and find out my order wasnt ready. I told the young man I placed a phone order and it was supposed to be ready at 5:45. He said they had to throw away a bunch of pizzas and it would be about 6-7 minutes for my order to come up. I waited at the pickup window 15 minutes watching boxes of pizzas get picked up by shoppers. Hey, whats up with that? I told the gal at the pickup window about my 5:45 pickup. All she had to say is that its coming out of the oven now and all she had to do was cut it. When I finally got my order, the gal had no apologies for my order being 20+ minutes late. Food/price good; customer service is a negative.

I love costco. However this Everret Costco could use some work. I asked if they could help me locate some rain boots, since I saw them online but wanted to try them on before I bought some. They said they "no sorry" and when I asked if they would look up on the computer if they were going to get a shipment in anytime soon they "no its looks like we dont have any. I ended up going to the Woodinville Costco and they were helpful! They looked on the computer for me and unfortunately the boots I was looking for are only online. Yet I was very thankful that they took the time to help me. Another time I was stopped at the front when I showed my card by a seemingly mentally disabled man. He asked me if I was using my moms card and asked to see the picture. I may be 20 and look 12 but I still thought it was rude how he wouldnt take my word for it when I said "Yes this is my card, I am a member"

Great store with a wide variety. Its always stocked and the queues for the checkouts are never too long. The most we have waited at the checkout on a busy Saturday is around 2-5 minutes. They have some great samples of food here but there is a lot of people waiting around to get their fill so you have to be quick. This place is usually always busy with people coming in and out throughout the entire day. It does have a great carpark if you are willing to walk a little bit to the door as most are fighting to get a space almost inside the building.

They have the wide selection in bulk that I love about Costcos, however they really dont care how they box things. I had a 3 year old in my arms and they put EVERYTHING into one box. This was insanely heavy and I could not lift it on my own, I had to make 3 trips with the box that they gave me from my car to my apartment. Would have been nice to see them ask if I wanted more than one box or multiple boxes for my $250 purchase so it was easier to transport the items...

I am so glad that Costco gives challenged individuals the opportunity to provide for themselves. Too few businesses in our area give these able individuals the chance to work to their full potential. Way too many people then go on to the disability rolls because businesses dont give them a chance. And then some people are incensed when a challenged individual asks them a legitimate question. I commend Costco for being a good corporate citizen.

When I lived in the South, I was a Sams Club member. Joining Costco up north was great and I think theres the same quality available as found at Sams. This location is clean, has great jewelry, appliances, and food. Im not so crazy about the ready made food like Sushi and other dinners and the body cleaning/lotions section doesnt have a lot of variety. But, the food court had tasty food and the location is very close to me.

Great store. Unfortunate that people may have negative experiences. Often its due to administrative constraints outside of employee control (system reflecting inactive status/needing supervisor approval on transactions) or mistakenly not paying enough attention to venting customers. Very rare to encounter people with even minute levels of patience before they blow their top at people just trying to do their jobs.

Went in to get some gas today and the pump tells me my membership is expired. I kinda thought this would be the case. So I asked the attendant if she could help me because the warehouse wasnt open yet. So even if I wanted I couldnt renew my membership for another hour. She was extremely courteous and helpful making sure I could get gas. I just wish I had caught her name but to that lovely woman, THANK YOU.

Costco is great. Big store, easy to navigate. I bought new tires there a couple months ago. I had to go in twice and each time the mechanic was out, even though I called ahead. I got them on eventually, but the service could have been better. Side note, wouldnt it be sweet to roller blade through costco stores? Yeah it would. Or play paintball, OOOH, or paintball on roller blades, now we are talking!

My first time going to this Costco!!! Very big clean and nice. But the service was horrible!!!! I was looking at a desktop computer and was waiting for somebody to help and there were 2 supervisors standing there talking to each-other and I went to ask them for help and they just looked at me and ignored me. I was so mad... I will never come back to this Costco again!!!! People here are rude.

I like this Costco as I do most. There is only one major thing I would suggest a change to. The food court is located outside. In Everett Wa this is not realistic. Weather is typically cold and wet and the ceiling heaters do not do enough to keep you comfortable. Especially when you have children, babies or elderly with you. Otherwise I really like this location.
