DO NOT Buy Turbo Tax @ Costco - Be Warned if you dont have a CD/DVD. First, it is NOT Costcos fault necessarily, although Costco Buyer and Product Group flat missed this. And, ive seen this in years past, and they still dont have the solution fixed. The display out in the store clearly says NO CD/DVD required. But, when you get the actual package at Check-Out, it "clearly" says CD/DVD required. Now, what makes it worse, is there is NOT a License # or something where a Costco customer can get from the package and go to an Intuit Website, put in your purchased License Code, and download your purchased software. If they did that, i would not be writing this. But, NO!!!!...Somewhere buried in the package, you have to spend TIME, lots of time on-hold, and then argue with Intuit that you actually have a valid purchase. Who the hell wants to do that!!!! The solution at Costco is misleading, and results in huge pain of time from a Costco customer to actually get your purchased Turbo Tax. DO NOT Buy Turbo Tax from Costco. Ive spoken to people at the Camas store, and they flat admit it is a messed up solution from Intuit that needs to be fixed. Be warned, buy Turbo Tax from Costco, get ready for a really pain in the "%&4#" if you know what i mean. Better off if you dont have a CD/DVD, to just buy it on-line from Intuit. What a worthless company, Intuit, this is what happens when you ship American jobs to foreigners. They are NOT American, and have clue in hell what a good customer experience really is. They dont grow up with it, and have literally NO DAMN Clue!!! Be warned.

The customer service guy was very smug and disrespectful. 0 customer service skills. He was cold and robotic, there was no warmth. Also he lacked any form of rationalization and logic. I wanted to buy a printer and he had the floor model available only so I asked for a discount and he said no. Because if Costco were to give a discount on the floor model then Costco would take losses. Oh right they would take losses on each one they sell when they would sell 30+. So then I told him that a discount would make sense since it gets abused by customers, and he replied yeah it gets dropped, knocked, hit etc.... Yet if you go to Frys, Best Buy, Target, Sears etc you will see that they sell floor models at a discount and not not just soon to be discontinued products but also open box etc. Since this classifies as open box then it would make logical sense. My point is, instead of acting smug and explaining an illogical point to justify not giving a discount then the least you could do is acknowledge that you are wrong or attempt basic common sense and appease the customer. Instead I got cold, methodical and smug responses. He should have instead said that its Costco policy and ended it at that instead of making a pathetic attempt to prove me wrong with an irrational explanation and with a smirk on his face. Never again Im going to this Costco.

Joined this club because their competitor is not in the area. It is always busy every time I go there. The check out lines are always long....they should have more cashiers. The last time I went they were remodeling their bathrooms...right now (beginning of April 2017) they have NO diaper changing places for babies/children during their renovation. If I had known...I wouldnt have gone there...instead I spent A LOT less time and money there because of that. Their option for adult restrooms, during their reno, is kind of gross. They have port o potties and some bathroom trailer. The bathrooms were all dirty and had puddles on the floors. UPDATE 28 April 2017 Renovations are done. YAY! They earned a star back. I would give 5 stars if there were more cashiers and check out lanes.

Ive always been a loyal Costco customer but my experience today has greatly put that into question. While walking through the warehouse I noticed the vacuum I recently purchased there went on sale. In the past I have simply walked up to customer service and given them my card and item number and they have credited me the difference in what I paid versus what the current price is. Not today folks! The rep told me there is a new warehouse manager and it has to be within 14 days with the original receipt. What!? I never save receipts from Costco because you never need them. I then asked him what if I just bring in the original vacuum, return it and buy the new one at a lower price? He said that would be fine. #smh No more "always buy from Costco" for me.

I would say... I Love Shopping at this Costco its a 5 star... ever since this location opened I have shopped there with my Scentsy backpack in hand never having a problem.. today I walked in with my family as normal. When we went to leave my family left ahead of me I was the last one of my family.. the recet lady didnt ask to see my backpack, She Grabed it and started opening my bag while on my back still. Had she asked me it would have been just fine.. but it was the fact she just Grabed a hold of me and held on to me rather then asking to see my bag.. plus she made me feel like I was in the wrong or doing something wrong when I wasnt.... never had any problem until now.. And after this person I have to give it a 1star

Usually love this Costco, but I was just there this evening and the assistant at the check stand was clearly in a hurry to get off of work. I was putting my purchases on the belt amd she started throwing my food on there and said "you need to hurry, Im at the end of my shift" and smashed my strawberries with a heavier item. Not impressed!

Overall a less busy Costco from the Vancouver one which is great for getting in and out quickly. The downside is if they are extremely busy this team doesnt do as well handling it. Youll still get in and out but sometimes theres a major slowdown from no reason I can see. Excellent service though! Costco is one of my favorite companies!

I live in Oregon but this is my favorite Costco. Yesterday I bought this great raincoat in black because the green was not available. This is only available at this Costco. I called today and Demer, an employee , actually looked in stock that was not on the table and found this!! What a great person and store!! LOVE IT!

In the past you could take a number at the eyeglass counter and go do your shopping and return to have your eyeglasses taken care of. They have done away with numbers and now you have to wait in a line behind 8 people. 45 minutes and still waiting. Guy ahead of me gave up and left. Bring back the number system!!!

Im from Portland and wanted to get some cheap liquor on the way back down to Oregon and they refused my purchase because I wasnt on the back of the card. Never had an issue with this at any other Costco. Terrible store, managers and cashiers were very rude. $55/year for them to tell me I cant buy something. GREAT.
