I never thought Id prefers Sams Club to Costco, but after visiting the Costco, I definitely dont want to go back. The layout is confusing, not at all intuitive (other than food sort of on one side and "other stuff" on another side, there was zero sensical organization. No employees seemed to know if they carried certain items or where they were. I jokingly even asked one employee of there was a map of the store layout (you know, like what other big warehouse-sized stores provide, including Home Depot or Lowes). He replied that they dont because they change up the layout so frequently during the week... Between all that and their asinine funnel effect going in and out (with much delay created by their employees checking receipts on the way out, fine, but the food court is also right there), due to the location of the store front, we wont be back to this or any other Costco.

Ive been going to Costco in Rohnert Park since it opened, even though I have to pass right by the Santa Rosa store. It has always seemed cleaner, friendlier and easier to shop. Today I was shopping and not one of the 5 employees that I delt with was polite, said hi, said thanks, nothing...not a glimmer of courtesy. I tried to be friendly and was utterly shot down by each person I encountered. I was really shocked. (front door, checker, boxer, snack bar, exit door) I hope this isnt a trend. In this economy businesses can not afford to lose business due to employees bad attitudes.... and employees should be wary there are people out there who would give their left arm to work fo such a reputible company as costco. I hope that this was only a fluke.

I consider my self to have an keen eye for quality and detail as well as customer service. This costco, above all others i have been to, so far has been the best. I have always felt welcome and the customer service is superb. The staff here are the best, as well as the entire store. A+ job, a mark above the santa rosa costco. I salute you all over there, please do not let me down and continue to provide excellent customer service and treat the customers right like you have been.

I like this Costco, better than the one in Santa Rosa because, the staff here are all really nice, as long as your in the door before they close they will let you get what you need. I can always find someone willing to help me out with what ever Im looking for. The bakery staff are all helpful also, and the cakes are great tasting and an awesome price. I also love the food court because the pizzas are huge and only 10$ so its great for parties, when your on a budget.

I have shopped at many Costco Warehouses - when visiting Family in Texas, near our home in Southern California as well as our home in Sonoma County. The Rohnert Park store is always clean, well staffed and stocked - especially when compared to the nearby warehouses. Plus I hate to give away the secret, but the traffic at this store seems lower, so parking is always easier and checkout is quicker. I love their photo, meat, cheese and wine departments.

I love shopping here for my familys needs but when it comes to my daughters service dog the staff doesnt want to recognize it. I have the service tag for her teacup and door personnel is telling my daughter to walk it through the store. Nobody in their right mind would put a 2 lb teacup chihuahua on the floor. My daughters service dog is meant for seizure detection, not for leading the blind. Thank you!

Had my diaper bag searched at the front door. I understand that people steal stuff, and you have to protect your interests.. But after embarrassing someone by insinuating they are a theif in front of other people... At least apologize. "OK, have a nice day" while you herd the accused out the door is pretty crappy!

This review is for the Tire Center. The guys you have in there are great! Joe (& his supervisor..Chris?) helped me out with a set of tires and because my last set didnt last as long as they were warrantied, I got a partial refund towards my new tires. Ill never buy tires anywhere else, thanks guys.

My membership paid for itself when I purchased a 55" Samsung curved smart TV and the mount. It was a lot more at Best Buy. Costco is also good for glasses, tires, gas, and the hot dogs! Their meat is very top notch. The people at the Rohnert Park location are super nice.

Weekday evenings are best times. Hardly anyone in the store. I love the great service at the optical department. I lost a screw on my glasses. Not only did they replace the screw, but they gave me new nose pads and cleaned the glasses for me. ☺

I love not having to make constant decisions on which brand of product I should buy because Costco has taken care of that for you. They chose a high quality product for everything they sell so you dont have to decide which is best.

Clean, friendly and with a wonderful garden dept. Recently I special ordered cakes and they were beautiful. The pharmacy team is always helpful and has really done well sorting out difficulties in prescriptions from my providers.

Its Costco. Doesnt seem as crowded as the Santa Rosa location, which is nice. The optometrist setup there is good. Friendly staff. Tried the chicken bake at the food court... think Ill stick everything anything else on the menu.

Drove up to Costco Rohnert Park today, Memorial Day, FROM SONOMA because website said open....only to find the store is actually closed. Im NOT happy. Costco needs to update their information online. THIS SUCKS!

A lot of cheap things, great place to get supplies and food for parties or just for around the house. They only sell in bulk though, so that can be seen as a positive or negative depending on the persons needs.

Always clean whenever I go there. with 4 kids I need a clean place to go and shop. the staff is friendly and helpful. Its garden shop is well cared for and has a pleasant variety of plants.

Costco has the best prices around. If you only used your Costco card to fill-up your gas tank it would be worth it. Since the gas station renovation this Costco seems to always be busy.

This Costco is aprticularly well layed out and nicely maintained. However, the check out lines always back up to the first isles, making the lines more cramped.
