generally pretty good, friendly service is rare but it is a big corporate store. Ordered my son a chicken bake. waited 5 minutes, checked in, waited 10, then go up and see 5 sitting on the counter. Was told those were for another lady and they forgot about mine and she just ordered them a couple minutes ago. I ask if I can have 1 of them for my son. Oh no she ordered 5 of them was their reply. I am then told it will only be another 7 minutes or so to cook another. Meanwhile the 5 sit on the counter for about 3 minutes. Then I go talk to service and they call in the manager who did not do anything except a " i am sorry about that". Ok, I understand for me but for my son you cant offer something or go make something happen so that he can eat something... terrible service and the manager was ZERO help....

I came in looking for car seats. They have moved them from the original location. A woman working in the apparel section noticed me wandering around the the warehouse & asked me if there were something I was looking for. I told her car seats? She said "Im not shure. But, I can flag somebody down who may know where they are." She then noticed one of the managers walking by and waved he then came up to us she asked him "do you know if we still have any car seats?" he told us "let me radio somebody in front of a computer" moments after he gets a response and says "follow me Ill show you where they are" he walks me to the aisle and down to the particular Bay on that Isle where the car seats were located. All I can really say it was all excellent customer service

So we went to "the other guys" to get glasses and got "their exam" and when we went to look at glasses they wanted to much with all there "add-ons" i felt like i was getting ripped off badly shop i stood up politely and said i will think it over. My wide mentioned somebody at church said Costco sold glasses but we never came here before for glasses i didnt know they sold them. Well we went here to Costco and i was very impressed with the staff, selection, and price. We got a great deal and it was ready so quick as well anybody who wears glasses will understand. I highly recommend others to go as well.

Even though there is another Costco closer to me, I drive to the Wilsonville Costco. Parking is great, the store layout is good and the employees are really helpful! I use one of their battery operated scooters and they are always helpful in locating one for me. I order a lot of photo products and the only criticism I have, and it is no fault of the employees at this store, is that the calendars take a long time to come in. The delivery of calendar orders to customers homes are much quicker, but to the stores it takes longer. But as I said, its not their fault.

I live in Wilsonville and drive to TIGARD to shop. I have complained about your photo manager twice. She is rude and not patient. She needs to be retrained. The staff does not know that the Wilsonville location does sell movie tickets. Even though I informed them that I have purchased tickets at the location, I was denied service by 3 staff members and then given the brush off when I called and spoke to the MOD. Poor customer service on the management level. The problem in this store starts at the top.

No good in customer service I went in with my sick daughter she was sitting in the cart we get to the check out I went with my daughter who was still in the cart and this lady in a geen shirt yells(she worked for costco) at me saying that I could not be behind the register I turn to leave and my daughter starts crying and that same lady keeps telling at me that I could not be with my own sick child behind the register. I was very unhappy with the customer service I got that day.

Kudos to the tire center at the Salem Costco. Tire pressure light went off just as I got to the intersection so I pulled into the gas station to see if they had air. They sent me over to the tire center. 5 minutes before they close they determined that I had picked up a nail and the leak was such that I would not be able to make it back to Portland. They stayed late and fixed the tire for free knowing that I did not even by the tires from them. Thank you!

My visit on Friday was interesting, I asked for help and was ignored in the camping supplies section, then I got a chicken sandwich sample from a rude lady that was in the middle of her afternoon gossip with another employee. At least say something to your customers and dont ignore them! For spending thousands of dollars there yearly for my business, I am surprised at the level of unprofessional behavior some of their employees have towards paying customers!

You can get good quality stuff at great prices. The staff is friendly & helpful if you can find one. I believe the "hide". But, if you can find one, they do help you locate stuff. Overall, I like Costco just for the fact that I can count on being able to return the stuff without too much of a hassle if I dont like it once I take it home. Great return policy & overall quality items for a reasonable price.

Loved It! Costco has always treated me right...the quality of the products, the cost per item, Healthy alternatives even the kids like. The only down side is people somehow lose all knowledge of the rules of the road and right of way. Its like all the sudden your driving your shopping cart on a street in the UK or something. Oblivious comes to mind...LOL Just kidding, I just get a little claustrophobic.

With all the cars in the parking lot (had to drive around a bit to find a spot) I was expecting it to be a mad house inside but to my surprise, it was or felt totally the opposite. It was quiet, friendly and very easy to shop today. They seem to be super aware of the customers needs which might be the anticipation of the eclipse mobs that are ascending into our great state.

Love taking the kids here to go shopping. We usually go on the weekend and dont have much trouble going through the lines; the cashiers/boxers have always been very nice, quick and helpful. The samples are always cool and help provide sustenance to the kids. Always buy some stuff you cant get other places here: I love the burrito bowls for lunch and the jars of pesto.

Costco has horrible practices against people with disablities! I was attacked at a store! DO NOT shop at any Costco store! Avoid them and say no. I will never shop at another Costco store again! Please tell everyone you know to avoid this store.... Help those with disablities by not shopping at a Costco.
