I had some of the absolute worst customer service here. I found one of the items I was looking for strewn about in the wrong section and asked a floor associate if he knew where this item was normally stocked. He said, "yeah, right there." And points to the one in my hand. Okay thanks but any others? "Yeah wherever you found that" I found this lying around by the books Then he just gestures towards the check out, and didnt say anything. I was flabbergasted, his job exists because the business relies on customers, if he doesnt improve his customer service skills, then he will continue to drive away customers.

Always spend more than I mean to here! The only downside to this place is the trade in prices you get. I brought in 2 full totes of manga, all books looked like new, and only got a little over $100 for all. I also later traded in the first 2 boxes of True Blood, both without any scratches, and a couple books and only got about $20.

Bull moose is truly an amazing store. Great atmosphere and amazing deals on dvds, cds, books, cassettes, vinyls, and even vhs tapes. They have friendly employees and a very wide variety on entertainment.
