I also had a similar experience as tim, i went in to return my old playstation 2 just to get rid of it, the guy was a total jerk when i got up to the desk and did not even try my system before slapping a refurbish tag on it, i brought it in the day before and the guy there was much better about it and very helpful just telling me all i need is a controller, but this i guy i saw today was rude and had no customer service skills AT ALL and i will never go back into this store unless he isnt there

This is a good location. Im definitely a Gamestop girl, and have always found that this store has a good selection, and really helpful people working there. An employee literally took me around the store and helped me pick out games. I will definitely be back, and often. Thanks!

Game didnt work was pretty much ruined and cost me 55.00 very bad service have been buying games from gamestop for 10 yrs never going to MAINE MALL GAMESTOP AGAIN
