Not enough help? I wasnt even in the store, I just called and was put on hold for 12 minutes before I hung up and called again. It was the same frazzled gal that picked up again and she said "please hold". I said right off that I had already been on hold and she was snarky and said they had a long line. i hung up. I wasnt about to wait for thaat long line of customers before I was spoken to. Short staffed? Poor management? Busy holiday season for sure, but gear up Gamestop, Christmas is coming

Been here many times over the past couple years. The store is nice inside, a good location, but best of all the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Sure, they press on up-selling a bit more than Id like to deal with occasionally, but I see them enough I know when were genuinely interested in a game and when theyre being forced to read me a script. Overall these guys are helpful and friendly and you should totally shop here.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Their employees are very uneducated about the products and have bad attitudes. When calling about something they give you the quick and easy answers and dont take the time to actually help you. Gamestop is great, but if you want a quality experiance there, drive a few exits down and go to the Somersworth one.
