So I bought a couple ps3 games at the beginning of the month, more than 7 days, and wanted to trade them in toward a ps4 instead. I called ahead to ask if I could bring in the games for an equivalent exchange, because I still has the receipt. I was very clear over the phone with the fact that it was past the 7 day return but not past the 30 day exchange and the employee I talked with told me that I would be able to do that. So I brought the games in with the receipt and THE SAME GUY I talked to on the phone told me that I couldnt do it because the 7 day return was up. Im sure it was a miscommunication over the phone but then again I was very clear with what I was explaining, I guess Jeremys incompetence got the better of him. Very disappointed.

These are the top of the line game store folks. The dartmouth folks know all the games, have played all the major and old school ones, know the cheats and tips, and are current on whats coming out, whats really hot and what is really not, and can steer you in the right direction. They love gaming. I go here, not Best Buy or even on line, to get games, just because of the service at the store.

Friendly staff as usual for GameStop. The store is a bit small though, so if you cant find something here, check the one at the Dartmouth Town Center nextdoor to the mall.
