Employees are always rude and give me an attitude, they refused to refund me one time when they shortchanged me, they almost always have employees that know nothing about Video Games, and the employees are always giving me false information! I always have a problem or complaint about this location and Im done, I will never shop at or visit this location ever again!!!!

FREQUENCY TUNER

The people behind the counter couldnt be any slower. 1 guy working the other two guys vanished wile theres 20 people in line, doing nothing to help customers out the door. Standing in line for a half hour to buy one game.11/23/14 11:30.

This was awful and they made my drink bad I ask a French vanilla ice coffee and they gave me the original they were going replace it if you only pay for another one I am very unhappy. It was 13 dollars for two breakfast plus 2 drinks.

Offered me 10 bucks for my wii wires and all. One panel missing. Then I went to the Saugus GS and got almost full price for it. Would not shop here unless kidnapped. The people are somewhat rude as well.
