Terrible experience!! I bought 2 Astro A50 headsets for Xbox 1, which the manager Paul sold me.. Not knowing you could only use 1 set per console. I tried to return headset which I had opened on Christmas morning.. opened but not used Paul the manager refused to let me return or exchange headset said they were used.. just awful service 250 bucks wasted

Absolutely horrible service a man of Asian decent gave me the absolute lowest value for my xbox 360 250 fb took 20 off cuz it had scratches on it when I previously went to another GameStop an they offered the full amount I just had forgot my wireless remote so I ended at this store on Broadway I highly suggest do not do business there
