Im an older gamer, but still find great joy in it. I went to the store earlier this week to ask some questions about PSVR. Ian answered my stupid questions with accuracy and enthusiasm. I bought my PSVR this AM, from Ian, and was stunned by his genuine friendliness, his attention to detail, his helpfulness and his general attitude. This guy needs a raise, and a promotion. The experience of dealing with him made this one of my best times in a GameStop. Ill consider my self a lucky person if I ever run into him online.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, but as it is a GameStop location, the prices are generally too high and trade value for your used games are rarely worth it.
