My friend and I go in there all the time to relax and read. Especially after work since I work right across the street in the mall. I usually take my breaks in their. At first it was nice but after a while not all but some of the employees started to give us rude attitudes. For instance asking why we always come in there at a certain time & telling us to watch our language whenever my friend and I are conversing among each other in a quiet area of the store. Weve been going though this for almost 3 months and finally got fed up & snapped at the rude employee & pit her in her place. Her excuse was that she knew we always came in there.Youd think because we were very dedicated customers theyd be respectful. The lady told us that we were too loud. Not to mention every time were about to leave theyre always in a rush to take our books in a hasty mann r. I always spend money when I go in there but they treat me like im a theif . My wife and I found a gift certificate from 1998. We took it into the store and they gave us their customer service number. We called and the rep promptly converted the old certificate and dropped a new one in the mail to us. Even though it was nearly 10 years ago they still honored the certificate, thats great!! Thanks Books-a-Million!

I cant go into this store without spending a ton of money!! The customer service is excellent. I love when you buy a book they give you a paper with your receipt with other book reccomendations similar to the book you just purchased.

my favorite bookstore, they are cheaper then Barnes and noble, have a great atmosphere and you can find seating. If you need a book they will order it for you or see if another location has it then will call ahead! 10/10

Its a good book store and I like the coffee shop inside, Joe Muggs. But they are running a coffee for troops donation and they dont offer a military discount. It just seems odd.
