I brought in a bunch of old DVDs that I practically wanted to throw away and they gave me over a hundred bucks in store credit for them. They didnt even take them all due to overstock in select titles. I was honestly blown away. I did have some DVD season sets and movie trilogy sets but most of it were just basic DVDs that I had replaced with Blu-Rays in my collection. The staff is always helpful and friendly, sometimes they dont know exactly everything about whats on the shelf and theyre okay listening to you explain what they have and other times (most times) theyve educated me on items. I dont shop for games here due to better offers elsewhere but for movies, collectibles, retro video games, and CDs theyre the best around. This location and the Cleveland Avenue store are highly recommended. Never had an issue returning items or haggling for a better deal on the marked price on collectibles at either location (I dont always win though lol).

This exchange store is a rip-off. I took in a Nintendo DS lite, two gameboy colors, nearly 10 GBC games, 2 GBA games and 10 DS games. One of the GBC games that I took in (Pokemon gold) is sold for $50 in their store. The DS is sold for $100 or more. I got $30 for EVERYTHING I took in. The only things that they didnt take were my Gameboy colors. I recommend a pawn shop or a different exchange store. This one sucks!

They make me feel like Im gonna try and steal from them , like Im sum kid.. And Im 45.. Like to go there and browse there movies and look for a movie I aint seen but its a pain,. I still go there cus there aint nobody else.. But I sure wish they would get rid of the glass shelves ...stupid

My favourite exchange, everyone there is super cool. If you trade anything in dont expect to get rich, but they give pretty good trade credit if youre a nice person and dont expect gold for your Disney vhs.

I love this store! I go there about every week to buy some albums and movies I get all of my Dvds and CDs here! The staff is super friendly Im getting to know them too! Its Fun!!
