I was in the store today to purchase a book that had been on the shelves two days previous. When I arrived, it wasnt there! I had finished the previous book in the series and was looking forward to starting the next......but it wasnt there! I asked the young lady who was working at the counter if she could check to see if they had more copies in the back. She quickly searched the computer and then walked me to a buy two get one free table where the last copy was. I bought it, the next one in the series and a grand history book. I didnt get her name but the young lady with the dark red hair really made my day. Thanks

Warning! This Starbuck in Barnes & Noble stole $10 from my wife, when she paid cash. The cashier was suppose to give $12.03 in cash, instead she folded $2 inside the receipt and pocketed the $10 bill for herself. This is not about the money, but about the principle. The cashier outright stole $10 from a customer, and they refused to work out the situation. This place is outrageous. Do not buy your coffee here. I still have the receipt, as proof of purchase. STR: 2945, REG: 002, TRN: 5852, CSHR: Jennifer G. These are the details from the top of the receipt. There must be justice done from this thievery.

I called the store before it was open (thought it opened at 9:00) to see if they had a book my daughter needed for school, and then woman who answered the phone was so nice and upbeat. Even though they werent even open yet, she looked up the book and put it on hold for me. Its not a big store, but the people are awesome!
