Normally we have a great Costco experience, my family has gone to Costco my entire life, and now my husband and I hold the highest membership and Costco city card. However, this last time I went to Costco was a nightmare. I know the holidays make for a busy time, but their display of protein powder was so messed up that I accidentally grabbed the vanilla protein powder instead of the chocolate my first trip. No big deal, that was my fault. When I went to exchange it, I was very upset after I stood in line for almost 20 minutes to exchange the product which was unopened. I was told I would have to return it and go purchase the other one back in the main part of the store. This, by itself would have been a minor inconvenience. However, because of the holidays each check lane was so long it flowed into the isles even though they had only been open for 30 minutes, requiring me to stand in line again. I know they are probably working hard to rush through customers, but It seemed like it would be easier to just have someone run and grab the other flavor and do a direct exchange instead of making me wait in 2 very long lines for such a simple fix. I would have been more receptive to it as well if their return person would have been kinder about it. But she basically threw the return recipt at me and yelled "next!" Before I had a chance to ask if they could do it the other way. Meanwhile the older women next to me returning an item was being harassed for returning an item on her husbands card while he was using the bathroom. Ridiculous. Additionally, I was there the day before to get pictures taken for my passport and they returned them to me blurry. I thought to myself "screw it." And just used the blurry ones because I dont want to go back into that mess again. Long story short Im extremely unsatisified with the customer service I received at this Costco, hope they improve!

Great deals on household items. If you arent familiar with Costco, it is a $50 yearly membership. That pays for itself for the few quality items I cant get affordable elsewhere (including Amazon subscribe and save). Primary among them: Ecos laundry detergent, quality organic frozen veggies, real maple syrup, tropical gold pineapple, and parchment paper. All Costco stores seem to carry the same basic products. The cheap car rentals available online through Costco travel have also saved a ton of money. Biggest con to this Costco is traffic around it. Certain times of day 99W and 217 will simply be gridlocked. Plan accordingly. Dont bother trying to shop on weekends or evenings. If you visit: go weekdays before 3pm. This location Does Have lots of good parking and other convenient stores nearby. Also, be warned. Each store is organized differently. If you get used to one and go to a different Costco looking for familiar products. You will wander around aimlessly not finding them.

This Costco is the most unfriendly place Ive ever shopped. I lost car keys and you can imagine the struggle trying to retrace my steps. The staff were less than helpful, actually it was quite obvious they could care less. There is no central place for lost and found and when I asked how to leave my contact information a guy gave me a piece of paper and told me to write what I wanted, describe what I lost and he would "post it on the bulletin board". Really? When I called back the next day it took three trys and multiple rings to get anybody to answer the phone... trying both administration and membership. The lady I spoke to said shed check... came back and said they werent turned in and there was no other way for me to find out if they have been except by calling every day. REALLY??? They clearly dont want my business and they probably dont want yours either.

Usually love everything about costco - I ordered a combo pizza and was,told itd be ten minutes thats fine- I wander around the store for a little but and come back. They are making combo pizzas 6 of them right in front of me one after the next for another order who wasnt in store yet. Then they rushed!!! I watch this dude pull my pizza out of the oven early with the cutters and tongs and now my pizza isnt even fully cooked!! I was only mildly frustrated when any of the pizzas ahead of me could have been mine and werent given to me but then I was super pissed when I had to wait double the time to get a pizza that wasnt even cooked properly. Dont screw me over and then give me a shity product I would have rather waited another three minutes and get the pizza that I didnt have to throw in the oven when I got home

The pharmacy employees are always polite. They always remember me and my wife, even the pharmacists remember us. The photo department gets orders done quickly as well. Also, management takes compliments seriously. One of their sample vendors was extremely rude to me, my son and wife. She grabbed the food sample out of his hand, took it from mine and yelled at us for no reason. We went and complained to the management, knowing full well they arent Costco employees so they may not care. But they did care. They immediately went and talked to her, and notified her superiors. Behavior like that isnt tolerated at Costco. I was surprised that they took the incident seriously. My one complaint is the parking: the parking lot is always jammed and a complete mess. Its a large lot too. Its just always that crowded.

Tigard Costco - Tire Center I was helped by two outstanding employees this weekend. Kevin and Bart are two of the best COSTCO Employees on planet earth. Kevin is a really funny guy and knows how to make you laugh even if it means waiting for a few hours while they put on tires. Bart makes you feel like a VIP. He gave me a call and set me up. I was waiting outside (first come, first serve) and was 4th in line out of about 15-20 people. He knew that I had come in on Sunday and wasnt helped within a certain amount of time and had wasted part of my day at Costco and not gotten tires put on. He sent someone out to grab my keys and get it taken care of right away this Monday morning. Thanks for putting a smile on my face gentlemen! Costco customer for life.

This Costco is in a horrible location. Access in and out of the parking lot is frustrating. On the upside, this Costco is well stocked and has a large selection. Yet another downside is the employees here do not stock their items the same as other Costcos which is frustrating and they move items regularly. Trying to find common staples for my house each trip is frustrating when I have to relocate the moved item. This Costco also does not have the consistency of having regularly carried items stocked and out for sale. Again, when I expect my normal staples and can not find them in the same spot or out of stock is rather annoying. This Costco would be one of the better ones if they just fix those issues.

Tried to upgrade my cell phone to take advantage of promotion but they were unable to help me. I had leased phone but contract was up and they first told me the pricing and all the benefits of Costco. Later they told me they could not sell me new phone until I returned it to Sprint. This conflicted with what the Sprint store told me. I spoke to someone in management at Costco Warehouse, I was told sorry, cant help you. I was very disappointed by Costco response and I missed out on what would have $450 in Costco cash cards (I have two lines). Not sure if I will renew my membership. Sprint worked with me to get best deal they could do with good customer service.
