A while back I was punched in the kidney not once but twice while both the perps clerk and mine stood and did nothing to help. It hurt so bad, all I could do was hang on to the counter. Thats when he hit me a second time. Apparently my receipt machine wasnt working fast enough and he had somewhere to go. I looked for help from the waiting customers behind me. At first a few looked horrified and then seemed to realize I might need their help and all turned their heads. The two punches ended up dislodging a painful kidney stone, later, so more pain. Nobody came to my assistance or kept the guy from leaving. After having lived here nearly all my 67 years, this is what Clark County has come to. Not to mention I bought hamburger twice and there was less hamburger in the package than stated on package...in one case a third less. Not everyone may know this but there is no enforcement arm of weights and measures for Washington state and hasnt been do for a decade or so. I will never buy on site packaged products from Costco again. Had good service at the tire center. I dont generally go back to costco but on the odd time I do, I watch my back at all times because I know I will not get any help from employees in case of being attacked.

I am exremely displeased with the membership counter. While i was filling out the info to get a membership, i asked if my son could be added. The lady said he could be and to put his info. I had mentioned that i dont know his address off hand. She said it was okay and to just have him come in at his convenience, give my number and theyd get him his own card on my account. He went in and they gave him the run around about proving that he lives with me. He left with no card. I called this evening and was also given the run around. One guy tells me that its their policy that he has to be living with me but then said that if i come in maybe another employee could add him even though he dsnt live with me. So i ask to talk with a manager and she says same thing about it being their policy that he has to show proof that he lives with me. This is so unfair. I feel like they should honor what the first lady that signed me up said. They offered to return my money. That was not what i was asking for. This is a great store but so far im unhappy with the customer service and how one can tell you one thing and another the opposite.

Come prepared as this Costco gets busy. The parking lot seems to always be full and its packed during the busy hours. However, unlike other Costcos Ive been to, it really isnt that stressful when its busy. The staff is friendly and most of the people shopping arent too pushy. Sometimes we just like to stop by and check things out when we need a minute outside of the home. The location is right next to the freeway entrance and exit making it really convenient. The entrance to the parking lot is a little weird, but thats mostly because a lot of people only use the first entrance and not the other two. If you need gas or food, this is a good place to go. Just make sure you have your membership card with you.

Last night I drove up at closing time to see if they still had wireless routers for sale. I had come from Portland because they were sold out of the item. As I parked the door was still open. I jogged up and as I got closer, they started closing the door for the entrance. As I got to the door it was not open enough to get through comfortably. I asked the door checker on the exit if I could go in through his side. He said no, once the entrance is closed no one can come in. I tried to make my case: I need 1 item, its in the front of the store, they closed the door as I jogged up. He was apologetic but inflexible. I should have insisted on speaking with a manager, but I just left in disgust.

Evening 25th October.6720 NE 84th St Vancouver, WA 98665 Would like to let you know that, You have a Power Trip Woman working in returns. She so rude to people and own workers. As if we owe the world to her. She seemed to be a manager. I saw her put down a worker. Younger man working in returns for no reason. he just started my return and she says: What you going to work on that return all night. She then went over to a mental problem man in line and gave him a hard time for returning dog treats. Holding the money in her hand as if trying to talk him out of returning the item. As if its her job to give people hard time for returning items. Store 5 stars. Power Trip Employee= FAIL

Vancouver Costco employs PREJUDICE BIGOTS Look out for the rude saggy wench checking your tickets, she has grey hair and looks terrible for her age. I was leaving after waiting nearly a half hour to buy a rotisserie. Im heading out the doors, chicken in one hand and receipt in the other. Theres a line and only one "receipt checker" (aka glorified walmart greeter.) She starts yelling at me to mark my receipt, I turn around and hand it to her. She glares at me and then says with a smug face and says you need to get in the back of the line like a man. Ive been treated like this before, most of the time these bigots just say "white power" or call me racist names, the feeling never changes.

I come here because it is the closest Costco to me, but I have had several bad experiences when shopping. I guess it wouldnt be fair to say all that everyone that works here is rude but thats the overall vibe I get here. Ive felt rushed and like Im an inconvenience to them and like they dont want to help me. One cashier checked my daughters coat for a tag which was not new or even purchased from Costco which was strange and rude it all happened so fast I didnt know how to deal with it. And the ladies in the cafe are so frantic and rude I hate dealing with them. I do not feel welcomed here the people are just stuck up.

This Costco really sucks for customer service. Everyone is always unhappy and the managers are grumpy jerks. I found a lost girl once , and as a mother I went to bring her to membership and I explained to a cashier what I was doing so they didnt think I was a weirdo, walking with a crying little one out the door, and instead of being kind to me and the little girl they literally said nothing to me, ripped her hand out of mine and gave me a dirty look and walked away. I watched to make sure her mom found her, she did and all was good but they were such jerks it makes me hateeeee going here.

Everyone working at this location who Ive ever met has been friendly, and at least tried to help. Its convenient and affordable to start our shopping trip with a meal in the deli, especially now that they accept debit and credit; it was a pain back when they only accepted cash. The one time packaging was changed for the worse, we were encouraged to leave a comment (others too, I imagine), and the next time we came in, it was returned to normal. Their return policy is incredible, so I feel confident trying any new products without regret...and their cakes are wonderful too!
