Ive shopped a lot of SF Bay Area Costcos (Richmond, 2 in South City, Foster City, San Leandro, Mt View, Daly City, Redwood City, Concord to name a few). This one in Danville is the best one of all because friendly staff and their high customer service standards. Ive been shopping here off and on since 2006. They carry all the same stuff, but the way this one is laid out, the wait time at the registers is always less than 5 mins even during crazy Holiday Season, they sell 3 scoops of gelato in a waffle cone at $1.49 at their food court makes this location a winner. Today, I came in and they had a full fledge poke (huge chunks of seasoned huge sashimi grade fish) bar now just like the Costcos in Hawaii!! Nicely displayed in a refrigerated case with a Costco employee at the counter to get you what you what you want besides the cooked crab, lobster, prawns and the other raw seafoods. 6/29/2017 Update: Past couple of months, this location has a USDA Prime Beef Glass Display Case with a Costco butcher to wrap up the beef. Bone-in ribeye steaks are Costco-sized--HUGE and THICK. Also sells beef short ribs by the lb and NY Steaks. Prices are very reasonable.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! We had a elementary school movie night with around 50 kids and we ordered 2 hours in advanced and when we got there they were giving people that ordered 30 minutes later there pizza because we bought more then everyone else so they were 15 minutes late! Then we finally got our pizzas and we get to the school and we find out theres absolutely no cheese for the vegetarians so we have to drive 30 minutes to Costco to get them again and the vegetarians didnt get to eat until the end while everyone else had eaten. I seriously regret going to that pizza/store!

The quality of their pizza is horrible. The rest of what they sell is alright but this alone brings down my rating. Unless youre extremely concerned about the cheapness of the pizza I highly recommend going somewhere else. It is hard to pull a slice away from the pizza, and in doing so, the cheese comes right off. Not to mention, the pizza itself tastes like rubber compared to other restaurants like Round Table. Just today my sister said, "if I knew the chef of this pizza, Id murder him."

These guys were awesome! Bent over backwards to have my tires replaced. When one of the centric hub rings was broken, they didnt have any in stock, or had any ever before, so they ordered them just for me, and later sold extras to me for 1/7 of the cheapest price Ive seen online. The guys stayed after hours to have the job finished when I couldnt make it in time. I will definetely go there next time I need tires.

I love the samples! Also worth mentioning, if you walk in with, for instance, your fathers membership card, they wont let you purchase anything unless that person is present. I was just going to get the groceries, not knowing this policy was in place (though, I probably shouldve assumed). This location is often crowded, and can be extremely difficult to park.

Called to see if they have a certain item in stock and was told that there was "plenty". A family member drove there immediately after and was told that they never had the item stocked that day. When I called again to let them know and asked if they could check in the back, they hung up on me. Twice. Nice customer service :(.

Im surrounded by Costco stores, but this is the one I choose to go to because it is the least crowded. If you want to get in and out, go here. If you want gas, youll have to go to one of the crowded Costco stores. This also has the best beer selection of all the local Costco stores. All kinds of Micro brews to choose from.

Costco Food Court in Danville, CA has very good and very cheap food. For example, you can get a great slice of pizza for $2 or a hotdog and drink for $1.50, you cant beat that. However, it only gets three stars due to the very limited selection. Its a good and convenient place to eat after shopping at Costco.

Great store but Racist stuff I hate the personnel working there I been to different stores in Bay area but I havent bafly experience like this store. Its embarrassing for the reputation of this industry because the management lead is so weak didnt trained their personnel how to do nice behave with customers.

Small for a Costco. That being said, theres still lots of stuff of all varieties. Also, I believe they sometimes stock some high-priced or unusual items here that they dont stock in your run-of-the-mill Costco. I find that parking is usually easier than other Costco stores, too.

Danville warehouse as it is called, the Costco hosts a variety of fine products at wholesale qty and prices. Items including fresh meat, bakery, fresh deli, fresh produce and inkjet cartridge refills. There Is also a Service Deli and a special order kiosk at this place.

After searching for a few items that I like, I found an employee who cheerfully helped in the search. That was good, but he couldnt find them either, so that was sad. Apparently Costco was out or stopped carrying them. My check out was easy.

Truly 3.5 stars. No gas and a little challenging to park there cause of the awkward location. But it does sell super high end stuff due to the clientelle. Ive seen $10k sketches being sold there, real truffles for $1.7k /lb, etc..

Its Costco! Great pricing on lots of stuff. This location offers more high end cheese than others​ and always has fresh poke and pasta/enchiladas. However, it does not stock the Kirkland powder/scoop laundry detergent.

Danv is tucked away no fuel station. Tighter parking. And the Pilot who landed safely in The Hudson(Cpt.Sully), signed his book. Safeway is still opened 24 hours.

Costco has everything. Except for the parking. The lot is large but its always packed. Be prepared to fight someone for a parking spot.

Much less crowded Costco than others. Most people here care about their cars getting dinged so they place carts in the proper places.
