We were looking for a Honda Accord and we looked for it far and wide. When I spoke with Dave on the phone at Joe Kidd, he was pleasant and helpful. I noticed a big difference between this dealership and the others..non of the reps were cooperate minded. They cared, really! They were dressed like normal people ( compared to other dealers where they look more like people from Gap than Lowes) and if they didnt know something about the car they were humble about accepting that. They will not push you into buying something you dont want. This is a local family business without frills ( i.e. No extra hidden charge for the espresso machine). They gave us a clean car at the best price and while they were getting the car ready they even loaned us a SUV. Ask for Dave and you will not be disappointed.

If your Mitsubishi needs service, take it elsewhere!!! Even if it is a drive, its got to be better than this place. Took my car in for a recall and was given poor service and now I am forced to take my car back in for problems that are new as of taking it to them for an unrelated issue. Not geared toward customer service AT ALL!! Watched techs spit chewing tobacco on the floor and simple things like resetting my clock and radio presets werent done either. NOT what you expect from a dealership...also, even though the recall only took 1.3 hrs per the invoice, I was told I would have to leave it there ALL day even though I made an appt. and made it clear it was an inconvenience. NOT recommended. I would assume sales are lousy as well based on my experience with the service dept.

They used to be a great dealership but the last 2 cars I bought from them had problems. I bought 4 cars from this place first 2 no problems last 2 they knew had problems and sold it anyway hoping we wouldnt notice I guess. Tires would not hold air on both of the last 2 I bought took them back and they knew which ones didnt hold air . Why not fix it before you sell it? Last car they put new brakes on that failed. They said thier ok took it to my mechanic and both rear calibers failed.cars on their lot now have problems the dealership is going down hill be very careful what you buy from them.

Unfortunately they have been terrible. The buying process was great actually its the fact that they covered up the problems with car is was buying. Since buying my car I have had to replace the brake calipers, replace a rusted through muffler and fix a leaking sunroof. This has been the worst buying experience of my life. Buyer beware! Id spend my money anywhere else in the future. Very very disappointed.
