I went to look at some cars listed on Craigslist that morning (which were NOT there, but they had some other cars in the same price range so I stayed to look). It was 11 am and I went in the office, which was unlocked and open, I was greeted by a young man who said someone would be out in a few minutes. I had a seat and about 12 min later some other young man came out and said we are actually closed, but someone will be here at noon. I explained I was from Franklin and was interested in purchasing a car, but he still would not assist me. Since I drove 45 min from Franklin, Oh I decided to go to grab something to eat and came back at 12:10. This time the door was locked with a hand- written note on it that said open 1-7. Guess they didnt really WANT to sell a car or care about inconveniencing a motivated buyer.

dont even know where to begin. If you know about cars DO NOT GO THERE. i know about cars, so i went out there to look at a 2010 corolla. the car had a engine light on and he try to tell me that the car just need engine oil change and if i change the oil the light will go away. i try to tell him that the engine light doesnt have anything to do with the oil change.he told me that every car is made different and this cars engine light is have to do with the oil. i try to tell him again but he got super mad and told me to leave the shop. the car misfired coupled time so i knew it could me a lot of things. i took off with the price and the price was way too much. JUST DO NOT GO UP THERE. the sale men will try to sell u garbge for too much money

Emailed on a truck that I was interested in. They responded. Called and asked about the truck, asked if it had rust on the exterior. Thursday afternoon was told no. Was going to travel 2 hrs to see it, called again Friday, asked another salesman if there was rust on the exterior, this time the person went out to look at it, said there was just a little under the fender that he could feel with his hand. Went to see the truck, there was a hole I could stick my pinky finger through above the wheel on the face of the fender. The rusted areas above the wheels had been painted over. Ticked, left, will never look at anything there again. Thank you,

Very bad dealership. They lied about a car we purchased for our teen. When I took the car to my mechanic the mechanic said he would not fix it b/c the engine would drop. When I called them about the issue I never got a response back and then they blocked my phone #, really bad service. I would not recommend going unless you take a good mechanic with you, or take it to your mechanic. They have no remorse if my teen had drove this and the engine dropped it could have been a bad accident. Very bad lying thieves. I would not give a star but had to just to let everyone know to avoid this place.

I was doing research on the dealership before I purchased a car from them and something seemed off about the reviews I was reading. They were either 5 stars or 1 star trust the 1 star reviews. Multiple 5 star reviews were written by people who are affiliated with the dealership. Seemingly they left these reviews to boost their reputation but it is false information. They are not trustworthy seeking as one of the reviews was written by one of their salesmen. Avoid this dealer and do your due diligence. P.S. if they take down their reviews I have screen shots of them.

No pressure sales tactics here. As a single woman, I was hesitant to purchase a used car. Steve, Tim, and Tims parents were all patient with me as I asked questions and hesitated, allowed me to take the car to 2 mechanics to check it out and were open with me about all their knowledge of the car. The cars are higher mileage cars and they are not a large dealership doing 30 point inspections, but they are truly a family run business that wants to give the customer a safe car and an honest purchasing experience. I recommend!

Avoid this dealership at all costs. This dealership is a prime example of the greasy used car salesperson. They are incredibly dishonest and will sell you a car that will not last. I purchased a car and within 2 days the motor had died because someone had caked the container that holds the coolant with sealant trying to hide a leak. Turns out there was no leak, the coolant was going out the exhaust. The only thing you are buying here is a headache and a ton of lies.

It was terrible. They charged my bank account twice. Then took 3 weeks to send me a check to compensate for 1 of the payments. Then I received my title and it wasnt notarized or filled out correctly. I had to make 4 trips back and forth(30 minutes each way) to finally get it filled out correctly. They never offered in compensation of gas money or anything for the inconvenience. Terrible experience!!

If you decide to go to milford auto wholesale, be prepared to pay full retail, full window sticker price. Even if there are a couple hundred dollars of minor repairs needing to be made to be road worthy. They have a attitude that they sell 40 cars a month and dont need your offers, I came with a strong cash offer, only 400 less than window price they said pay the price or leave they said, so i did.

First they tried to stick me with a mechanically unsound vehicle. Joking that "my new van had serious issues" but they did eventuly fix the van after a fight. Now that its time to register the van they wont pay the tax they collected on the van when I bought it. Going back on Tax Title out the door price. Terrible place to do business. Avoid this dealership at all cost. Trust me! thievery!

They sold my brother a used honda that was a salvaged vehicle, the engine was determined to be blown and so is the transmission, my brother paid $2000 for a care that is NOT ROAD SAFE AT ALL!!! Had he driven it without a safety inspection he may have died at 18 yrs old!!! This is not acceptable so they will be reported!!!!

Wasted my time with lies about vehicle conditions and options. I dont expect a salesman to tell me every little problem with a vehicle, but when he says its super clean and in great condition and I find holes in the interior fixed with Gaffers tape thats a dishonest statement. Its frustrating - dont shop here.
