They were the only dealer that worked with me on the telephone to buy the car and offered up every single rebate without withholding even one from me. The car was ready when they said it would be since I was an out-of-town buyer and the salesman took all the time I wanted to explain to me how to run this very exceptional automobile. Im bad about having buyers remorse and I have not had the first second of buyers remorse with this purchase. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to buy a Ford without a bunch of crap coming from a salesman while youre locked into a horrible situation at a dealership. I had one hick-up over where the papers were going to go to be mailed and the headman called me, corrected everything and assured me if there was any other problems to call him on his cell phone and he would fix whatever problem came up. You buy from them and I guarantee you can sleep easy. My salesman was David Meador and he did everything he said he was going to do and when he said he was going to do it. You you could tell he wasnt just after the money, he was trying to complete the purchase Im an honest and ethical way so he can sleep well at night to .

I had a very frustrating experience but in the end Mike Castrucci, Bobby Castrucci and Joe Spaw took very good care of me. I would like to give a sincere thank you to these gentlemen for their help. My brand new fusion would not start on 2 separate occasions. I had the car only 3 weeks and I had to call Ford Roadside Assistance 2x. After the 1st time, a new battery was installed. After the 2nd time, the car remained at Castrucci Service Dept. for several days. I was provided a rental car each time. My only disappointment is that during this period, I did not receive phone calls from the service department for updates. I was the one to initiate contact. They could not find a problem but in the end, Mike Castrucci gave me a new car. The Fusion is a beautiful car. To have troubles 2x on a 4 week old Fusion was alarming. Prior to the Fusion, I had a Focus that gave me big problems. Back to back car troubles was enough reason to highly consider leaving Ford. Problems in life are expected. But the way we are treated as customers can often determine the next step. Thank you Mike Castrucci for your help! I could not ask for more. My car is beautiful.

It was a decent experience overall. Im enjoying the new car experience with my 2017 Ford Fusion S, but when Cronin Ford told me the next day they couldve put me in an SE for the same monthly payment, I was a bit upset. Having a few additional features for the same price would have been a plus, and it seemed to be a challenge to get me at the payment I agreed to with the S model at Castrucci. Its a bit discouraging, as I feel I couldve received a little more bang for my buck. Seeing that I am making a long term investment in a new vehicle, I always hope to get the best value within my budget. I didnt feel I got full value for the money I put up. Being a high volume dealer, Id assume Id get the better deal here. My next purchase will definitely be better planned in the future. I was in a pinch to get in a new vehicle, and it seems I allow myself to be sold on something that I really dont want to commit to. Being in a hurry is not the best option when purchasing a new vehicle. Take it for whats it worth I guess.

My husband and I recently purchased a Ford Focus SEL. Our experience was outstanding! Since we live a few states away we spoke with David Meador on the phone and he was very helpful! He showed us attention and kindness and went out of his way to make sure that we were happy! When we got to the dealership, he showed us that same level of respect. The paperwork was quickly prepared and we were able to be in and out without pressure or force. When I first spoke with David he promised that at their dealership they would not mess with us or pressure us. Now, most dealerships promise this, but Mike Castrucci Ford was truly the only one that delivered on that promise. Thanks to everyone who made the process of buying a car actually fun! Car is great and fun to drive. But whoever drilled the extra hole in the bumper cover where the plates go is not too smart. Brand new car with a place already there to drill the hole, and someone missed it completely. Wont be spending any more money here. Not usually one to make a mountain out of mole hill, but when your job is to do these things.... come on. I dont want an extra hole in a brand new $35,000 car because you cant be bothered to pay attention. Couldve done that myself. Im out.

Being a mechanic I thought that all the fluids were checked when doing a oil change. I was informed that the transmission that doesnt have a dip stick can only be checked is to have it flushed. But of course I m not sure even if it had a stick it would be checked as I found prior when I had my car serviced and by asking the mechanic then checked it to find it low. I inquired a th trans seal had been replaced and since then I noticed that the transmission was not functioning properly.

My experience was good and bad the communication could of been better Ben my representative didnt keep in the loop so i contacted joe spaw which went out of his way to help me the mechanic who worked on my truck didnt fill the power steering back up its a half inch below the minimum level i shouldnt have to add fluids after paying a 1,000 to have my truck repaired, he put parts on the cowl piece between the wind shield and leaked oil and clean it off which im not happy with .

Recently bought a brand new car. To clarify my queries on the car I was trying to reach the sales representative who sold me the car. After sales he never responded my emails or text messages. Before purchasing the car he was reachable through phone calls, emails and texts. Am very disappointed with after sales service. If anyone buys a car here I would recommend not to expect after sales service.
