My family was in the market for a 4Runner and I had been looking for almost 6 months for not only the right one but also the right place. If youve ever shopped for a car before you are probably aware of how difficult it can be. Between the price negotiations, whats "really wrong" with the car, believing anything the sales people say, to getting to a point of almost resigned acceptance to just hurry up and buy a car to get it over with. The easiest and best way I could describe our experience with Scott and Kerrie is that it was not only of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had, but one of the best buying experiences from any company Ive ever had! From the first phone call you could tell they were different. Scott and Kerrie were both very friendly and knowledgable. The first personal encounter and test drive was good as well. No pressure, no hassle, no hidden this or that. Everything was disclosed and they were incredibly upfront with what they knew about the car and fixed some of the small things like blinker light going bad. This is very far from the norm when it comes not only to car sales but sales of any kind! I would love to buy another one from them. I know what I would be getting(have to pay this one off first!). Our experience isnt unique, our loan officer from Wells Fargo knew of them from past clients as well! We have told friends and family about Precision, so now we are telling you- DO NOT HESITATE!!! Thank you Scott & Kerrie! The Spencer Family

Scott is a great guy. He owns and operates this small business. I was looking to buy a 4runner and he had a great selection on his lot and if it is not on his lot he will go to extreme lengths to find the exact one I wanted. Here is my experience, PLEASE READ IT ALL: I originally bought a 4runner sport edition from Scott and within a day it stated to over heated. I called Scott and he told me to take it to his repair shop. The problem was not covered in the warranty. He accidentally sold me a car with some problems. He gave me a few solutions to this problem 1) He will pay for the repair on the car, which was over $4000, and let me have that one 2) Buy another car from him plus or minus the difference 3) He will go find the exact car I want plus or minus the difference. Most car dealers would have just said you bought it, its your problem. But Scott was very honorable about the whole situation and took great care of me. I ended up getting the exact car I wanted for a great price. I will go back to him for my next car! DO NOT BUY A 4RUNNER FROM ANYONE ELSE!

Scott at Precision Auto Brokers doesnt sell you a car, he helps you find the exact car you want at the best price. This may sound like a subtle difference, but if youve been to a car lot and then dealt with Scott, you will understand and appreciate the difference. Some people like to haggle. Not me. I know what I want and just need some expert help finding wading through all the cars out there to find the best value. Ive bought a Lexus ES350 and a Toyota 4Runner from Scott and have referred several of my friends to him. If you know what you want and dont want to go to every dealership in town looking for the best deal, call Scott. I told him what I was looking for and within a few hours he emailed me more than 10 options with detailed descriptions, photos and prices. If you want to look through tons of inventory and do lots of haggling, they may not be the best fit for you. However if you have a good idea of what you want and want an honest guy to go find it for the best price possible, Scott is your man. This is the way to buy a car!

Ive purchased 2 cars from Scott this year and I am immensely pleased with both. Hes a thorough and detail oriented man with a refreshing sense of humor. I would recommend Scott to any friend without hesitation. I was referred to Scott by three colleagues as someone I had to at least talk to before I purchased a car. Up to this point I had only used the traditional method for shopping for cars. I would waste my weekend dealing with shysters and hacks who kept trying to hustle to buy a car. I had one salesman lie to my face about the condition of a car. Fortunately my mechanic caught it. When I first called Scott, he didnt tell me what I could/should buy. He ASKED me what I wanted: brand, model, year, mileage, color, etc. I told him the top 3 most important factors to me and from there he made a recommendation. Once Scott found me a car I liked, his team reviewed its history, inspected it in person, and it was delivered to me after a thorough detailing.

Everything about Precision looked good at first. They will do whatever it takes to sell you a vehicle...including lying to you. 1. I was told all scheduled maintenance was done and records would be provided. after almost 2 months, I received a package with info., but not a single service record. 2. I was told that my the vehicle I was purchasing required a "self-contained" transmission that required no servicing. In actuality, it requires servicing every 20k miles. You may save a couple bucks with these guys, but their communication is poor. They have sub-par follow through and administration skills, and I wouldnt refer even my enemy to these guys.

My family has been in the tunnel car wash business since 1968 in those years we have learned a lot about customer service and the importance of taking care of your customer should a problem arise .We had a small issue with our 2006 4runner and Scott was quick to address the issue to our satisfaction . As a small business owner you have to wear a lot of hats and he does a great job of that . Bottom line we got a great price well below NADA retail, it was worth the drive from Birmingham . Dont let the size fool you he will take care of you and pass the savings your way because of his low over head . Thanks Scott

Fairly disappoint by the experience. I purchased a 4Runner from Precision Auto, and immediately had to have 3 tire pressure sensors replaced. When I followed with Precision Auto on this they referred me to the 30 purchase warranty and said it wasnt covered...$480 later not happy. 2.) Three lights came on 35 days after purchase and had to have the gas tank cap replaced...another $100. Communication was a challenge as well. They will text you back, but the phone communication was sub par. For someone that has "customer satisfaction is #1" on their website it was a disappointment.

Me and my wife purchased a 2004 Toyota 4 Runner from Scott and his wife a little over a year ago. Scott made the buying process the easiest Ive ever experienced. Once we purchased the car we immediately encountered some issues with the car the day we got it home. Scott was willing to help us out and help us with some expenses even though we did not have any warranty on the car. This car has been a dependable car since we had the initial issues fixed. If you want to deal with honest people who will do their best to do the right thing Id recommend buying from them.
